I don't seem to understand. I get irritated when they talk about the welfare packages of this guys when the real issue is in the recruitment process, trainings and corrupt practices. Hoe can you recruit an arm robber who wants to legalise his acts. I'm sorry don't think that they will change when the pump them with so much money. A pig will always be one. Retire all of them make the system only for schooled citizens and start paying them well, good trainings that may go a long way.
