Our kids weren't told he did all the above...so sad.

Democracy is a curse to Africa...Obasanjo, Jonathan and Buhari combined couldn't achieve half of what Ibrahim Babangida achieved in just 8 years.

He is the best leader Nigeria ever had.
Military rule by decree so it's easy for them to achieve a lot of they're committed.
But the worst civilian regime is still better than the best military regime

.....awon ode..
You want to invade a country to stop a coup that the civilian citizens support fully... have you learnt nothing from afghanistan
Civilians usually have no rights in a military regime.

As such, the only thing they can do is support it.
Just like Abacha time those that criticize him either ran away or were assassinated.
Foreign AffairsRe: Turkiye President, Erdogan, Opposes military intervention in Niger by Minjim: 7:55pm On Aug 21, 2023
What's his biz in Africa's matter?

Every country just assume they can bully African countries
I don't blame them. I blame our corrupt leaders

CaptainFM1:
As a rule of thumb, don't take an apartment that your 2months salary cannot cover.

Same advice goes to Landlords, don't take tenants who's two month salary cannot cumulate his annual rent.
How will the landlord know a tenant salary?
PropertiesRe: How Do You Manage To Pay Rent In This Bad Economy? by Minjim: 4:16pm On Aug 21, 2023
I can't meet up my rent. I begged my landlord for extension of the expiration.
You can't imagine that in the church this man called me and sat me down and start asking how much I have with me as cash now.

I was dumbfounded, me that I don't have up to 10k in my account. And I've told him already I will struggle to make 200k by end of August.
People are owing me too and they keep begging for time.

I really hate to miss my payment with my landlord because he's not the considerate type at all.

I'm just begging God for divine intervention now because on my own ,I can't meet up again

Stoplying:
ECOWAS is not a country, it doesn't have a constitution.
Since suspension of constitution implies suspension of sovereignty, I guess Egypt is also no longer a sovereign country, why don't you invade Egypt ?
I don't know if you noticed, but apartheid south Africa also had a constitution, that constitution had to be changed in order for the indigenous people of that country to get freedom.

I guess none of this really matters to you, you are only defending tinubu, no matter the topic, you don't care about the principles. The constitution of Niger was written by France and it makes Niger a slave to France.
Never mind, let us not get bogged down by details when it is time to "defend tinubu".
It's not only countries that have constitutions. All organisations, unions and association too must have one

No vex bros, how old are you?
I was in JSS 2 in 1993. I still have vivid memories of the June 12 elections and the aftermath.
I attended rallies anchored by Beko Kuti, Tai Sholanrin and co at Ojuelegba

I don't wish military rule on any nation ever again.

Niger is a small country in population compared to Nigeria.

Ekehwinz:
What's so special about Niger? Why didn't ecowas invade burkina faso and mali??
Nothing special.

It's just that the coup in Niger is now making it a pattern. It's becoming one too many.
Foreign AffairsRe: ECOWAS Rejects Niger Junta’s 3-year Transition Plan by Minjim: 10:25am On Aug 21, 2023
BoldBrainz:
I haven't mentioned Nigeria in any of my submissions. As of this very moment, the junta in Niger republic enjoys the widespread support of the citizens, and that's enough legitimacy.

Ecowas or AU are in no place to seek to invade a sovereign country simply because of that country's membership in an ordinary association that can be dispensed with in a matter of days.

Nothing justifies that proposed display of silliness.
You've never lived in a military regime before, so you won't understand how military rule by decree.

Nigeriens have no choice but to support the junta because of the consequences of not doing so is deadly.
Go ask NADECO members during Nigeria's won military rule.

AU and ECOWAS are simply trying to restore democracy because the worst democratic government is still better than any military government.

It's foolishness to support any military junta because military don't adhere to human rights principles
Foreign AffairsRe: ECOWAS Rejects Niger Junta’s 3-year Transition Plan by Minjim: 10:38pm On Aug 20, 2023
BoldBrainz:
It's like some of you are forgetting the actual meaning of the ECOWAS acronym.

Go and read the mission statement that describes the purpose(s) for which Ecowas was formed. This obsession with this Ecowas nonsense is becoming irritating.

Being a willing member of a neighbourhood association does not give any neighbour the audacity to invade your home and attempt to decide how you run your family.
It's not Nigeria that's invading Niger, it's ECOWAS, with the support of the AU.
Moreover, the junta lacks the legitimacy to lay claim to any authority
Foreign AffairsRe: ECOWAS Rejects Niger Junta’s 3-year Transition Plan by Minjim: 10:36pm On Aug 20, 2023
BoldBrainz:
Whether legitimate or not, the citizens of Niger republic have strongly given their support to the military Junta. That is all the legitimacy they need to get things done. Earlier today, there was yet another massive rally in support of the Junta. It would amount to folly for anyone else to attempt going against the will of the masses.
You small children that's never been under a military regime before don't know the evil of military regime.

Under Abacha, who dares to oppose him. There is a reason why most members of NEDECO ran away from Nigeria during Abacha. Those that stayed and opposes him were assassinated
Foreign AffairsRe: ECOWAS Rejects Niger Junta’s 3-year Transition Plan by Minjim: 10:31pm On Aug 20, 2023

LMAO!

These Ecowas countries must think themselves to be lords over Western Africa. It's the audacity with which they're trying to make decisions for a sovereign country, that has me in stitches.
Just read the trash you typed.

Where did military junta get his own authority from?
All West African countries are signatories to ECOWAS

Nigeriens who are applauding the juntas can now see for themselves
Nigeriens have no choice than to applaud the junta. Military rule by decree. There is no room for human rights under a military junta and you want the people to speak out against it?

Those that spoke out against Abacha had to leave Nigeria and we all know what happened to those that stayed behind.

This is small. Potato used to be the cheapest option to yam and bread in my house but recently it's prices has also gone up leaving me confused.
I used to buy #200 × 3 for #500 before. Now only the about 4 tiny ones are sold for #200. And I find the tiny ones unpleasant to eat

Is it plenty for that amount or small?
