Please madam bible follower, how will you explain to me why the church beside my house, gathers its members by 12 midnight to break pure water satchets at the junction during night vigils.
How do you explain all manner of seeds in the Pentecostal church, testimony seed, pastor feet seed, mantle seed, etc. Thank you for Pentecostal doctrines. But no thanks.

to the issue of seeds and private jets pls dnt let us go there.
There are ways by which your priest collects their own seeds too,it is just in a coded way,i am not suporting the excessive lifestyles of pentecoatal pastors but you need to see the lifestyles of catholics priest and rev fathers too,you need to see how they live their life while the people suffer,i don't want to mention names here.
Do you know that Madonna university is owned by a priest? Do u know he has another uni apart from madoona and two polytechnics? Do u know he has a transport company too? Do u know he has a fruit juice company too and he banned the drinking of other fruit drink even coke in madonna except his own?

Excessive lifestyl is not restricted to pentecostal alone,even catholics is even worse IMO.
I am not here to judge or condemn,but there is a need for revisiting and rethinking,studying and asking God for proper guidance. Any lifestyle or doctrine that is not scripture baseed shld be done away with totally.

Some months ago when catholic world wide were celebrating the birth of Mary or so,i was in a community where a larger percentage were catholics,a whole week was declared as a public holiday,no work for the locals and so on.
On that day,young tenage girls about 7 or so carried an image or a statue of Mary on their shoulders and were dancing round the community, the statue wore a wedding gown and everyone was dancing and rejoicing,later at a point everybody bowed down and worshipped the image of Mary, with a lot of drinking,smoking and orgies,it was a sad site...i was very grieved and sad in my spirit.
Or is it the image of Mary at the centre of the community were people go to and pray crying their heart out,if only such energy cld be channeled into studying the scriptures and praying to the real Jesus.
Or is it the hypocritical lifestyles of the priests?...i saw so much and learnt so much.
There is a difference in being religious and being the follower of christ.
May God help us.

I don't know where the bible commands us to pray using some kinda beads or we pray mentioning Mary and asking her to pray for us. I don't know where the Bible says we shld bow down to a man-made image.
I think Vicky is right,there is a need for a re-visit,re-visit the doctrines and align it with the scriptures.
