Please is the recruitment still on? If yes, how did you apply?

shaunfab:
Hello Nairalanders,

Did anyone else apply for the Chartered Accountants recruitment by Rand Merchant Bank? Just received a call from their South African office to come for an interview tomorrow afternoon at the Nigerian office.

Does anyone have an idea what their recruitment process is like or how the case studies are structured or interviews done.

Please help with any information you have.

Thank you,

Two lovers working in the same branch?

Or is it two lovers working in the same bank?

I know this issue has been discussed on NL before
But I thought it wasn't allowed in banks?
Maybe one of them would have to resign after they tie the nuptial knot.
You know bankers don't like it when they work with their spouses in the same bank/branch.

They claim there may be undue influence or nepotism at play but they fail to add that they like to f@#$& one another too

grin grin grin grin

I don't think they both work in Access....the guy isnt dressed as such.....

Sports / Dallas Cowboys Replace Real Madrid As World's Most Valuable Sports Team by mipemi(m): 10:15pm On Sep 14, 2015
Real Madrid have been knocked off the top of the list of the world's most valuable sports teams in Forbes' latest annual survey.
NFL franchise Dallas Cowboys, despite having failed to win a Super Bowl in 20 years, have been valued at $4 billion (£2.6bn), with the Liga club down at $3.26bn (£2.1bn).
European champions Barcelona are the only other football team to make the top five, valued at $3.16bn (£2.05bn), behind both Super Bowl champions New England Patriots and baseball's New York Yankees.
Manchester United are the highest-ranked team from the lucrative Premier League, priced at $3.1bn (£2.01bn), thanks in part to a major new 10-year sponsorship deal with sportswear giant Adidas.
In the 18th edition of their annual review, Forbes has credited an impressive marketing strategy in America, as well as the revenue from their 90,000-seater stadium, as the keys to the Cowboys' financial success in the past year.

can u name one yolloba investment in Igbo land? Igbo investment is in billions of US Dollars, we contribute to the development of lagos so we deserve more than we are getting.

Who begged you Why don't u go develop ur lands D Yorubas r wise and smart that's why u see them developing "their own land" can't say the same for u guys...

APC and Igbokwe are not getting out of this one that easy. The request of Ndiigbo are lawful and a fundamental aspect of human rights.

In the Nigeria constitution, it falls under "freedom to association,Freedom of Belief and Religion, Freedom of Opinion and Information, Right of Peaceful Assembly and Association and Right to Participate in Government and in Free Elections.

Igbos have not been given their fair share in the day to day running of their Lagos State. Lagos is a City State created for all Nigerians and sustained by all Nigerians. Y is the government dominanted by a single ethnic group and not reflective of the multi-ethnic character of the state?

This is the problem that was raised by the NCSN and must be address in the next dispensation of Government in Lagos. Lagos is a state and not a region, it is multi-ethnic and not homogeneous or solely yoruba and this multi-ethnic character must be reflected in the governance of the city state, for the sake of equity and all inclusive government.

Need I remind you that Lagos is in the south west and hence is classified as a "yoruba" state, it's due to the free nature of the Yorubas u have so many other tribes in it something u can never find in the east, it's only in the south west u see all the tribes coexisting and cohabiting, once again somethin u can't find in d east, I v lived in d south east and the south west and I can say it anywhere that the ibos should be lucky to even have what dey presently have now in Lagos...by d way I'm not from d south east nor south west

This man is a total disgrace to redeem and christianity.he should know what the bible says about being equally yoked with unbelievers.
Nigerians should ask him if he has ever pulled this kind of crowd preaching and winning souls for christ.Hipocrisy at the highest level.
There is nothing like a God fearing politician.Who no go,no know.
With candidates like these,APC is sure heading for waterloo. They should have thought of better options and candidates.
If its someone like Daddy Adeboye,or oyedepo or kumuyi that is mentioned, then we can have a rethink and probably assume that God is working through them to change Nigeria.
We are all entitled to our own opinions though.

GEJ until osibanjo grows taller.

At tyms "beauty and brains" do not go together and urs is a typical example...u think d politics and religion r related...hell NO...ur a Christian doesn't mean u will do well...or can't ur little brain see that the best leaders ain't religious fanatics.

Yeah!

Appealing to the minds of the uninformed average Nigerian, why not also go to cities where the elites are or storm offices on the island where you have vast majority of politically informed people, that really understand the workings of an economy.

Tell them how you intend stabilizing at least electricity to reduce their overhead costs. Then you know what the gimmicks and intricacies of a campaign really is.

It's more than just campaigning. When we see that you do not renege on your promises then we'll know you really have Nigeria's interest in view.

When they get to Aso rock, and start flying executive jet, they don't even remember what Keke looks like anymore or how their policies can meet the need of that girl with a bowl of soft drinks on her head.

Shiooor! Oti so oyibo fun won, won fi eti sile. If you like go from koro to koro. I personally don't trust you guys will bring change, neither can I give GEJ another chance.

CHANGE ko, my BALANCE ni.

We need fresh positive blood and initiative.

Smh....if you had jes a little sense and a little insight to what their plans are u wouldn't be talking lyk this, and d insight u would have gotten if u read journals, newspaper and all about APC's agenda.
When it comes to d elite he doesn't need to visit the offices, all he needs are social network campaigns, TV commercials and all because in all that u will find the "elites" there
