Why hasn't a black Adam movie trailer come out yet. It just 4-5 months to the release.

Guys which comicbook movie do you think will be the most epic next year. And also the highest grossing in the box office. Pls drop your predictions as we wait for the new year to come

I think Azuri towers has the best design in Eko Atlantic City for now. It almost complete from the picture.

Azuri towers really looks beautiful, I love the design and I think it the second tallest building in Nigeria and the tallest to the roof. It also the second tallest residential building in Africa. If you look at the picture u will see something like a body of water at the back of Azuri towers, does anyone know what it is.

Eko Atlantic City marina is finally taking shape, this is just wow. I just love e the design. At the side you can see the Azuri towers, it nearing completion

Abohboy if the info about the Olympics complex in Ebonyi state is correct and it's actually been built how will you compare it to akwa ibom sport complex. Infact which state would you say is developing faster between Ebonyi and Akwa ibom because their governors are actually the best currently in Nigeria to me.

A question to Nigerians, among the airport and airport terminals been built in Nigeria how will you guys rank them according to size, beauty and capacity.

I'm really surprised the way people talk here. Pls I want the people that are saying nothing is going on on ground should tell me any state governor that has been able to deliver a successful airline with even a modern airport been built to back it up, not even the federal government can boost of an airport as modern as the one in awka ibom. How many states in Nigeria can boost of good road infrastructure. And so many more in awka ibom.

The major things needed to develop a place is
1. Peaceful environment
2. Good transport system
3. Stable power supply.
4. Security

Akwa ibom has met these demend apart from electricity which is not their fault. Believe me if the country was restructured for state to have more control of their resources not just awka ibom but most southern states would have stable power supply because the bulk of the electricity is generated from the south. We should give him some credit are you guys not tired of hearing bad news in this country. At least we should celebrate when something good is put in place, and from all indication I have been seeing good things been done in the state. If he had his way he would have built that seaport ever since and done much more.

As for people crying awka ibom receiving the largest allocation from the federal government, if we should be sincere with ourselves the allocations states receive from the FG is too small from the highest to the smallest even if we remove corruption. Or do you guys think Dubai was built with the kind of allocations states are receiving. That's why we should canvassing for massive restructuring in this country to allow the state autonomy to drive their own economic destiny. And more importantly we the citizens need a big change of attitude that is one of the major ways for this country to work.

As for Huchogee and Illaumoh ( I don't know if I got the spelling correct.) U guys are doing a good job whether u are been paid to do it or not. U guys are changing the media narrative of this country, let the world see that progress is going on in Nigeria. U are actually bringing development and investors to the state just by the way u portray it and Believe me u guys are some of the agents of development Nigeria really needs right now. Believe me guys most western countries u see are not all rosy it the way their media present them that makes us think so. Keep up the good work.

On a serious note, I will pick Al Alameini and Eko Atlantic over New Cairo. The battle for beauty is between those two. I don't know which is bigger, but the marina at Eko Atlantic really makes it special.

The marina in Eko Atlantic is beautiful and when completed will be the major tourism drive in Eko Atlantic City. Nigeria also has the centenary city development but I don't know how far they have gone with that. But do you think Egypt government has the ability to put it off successfully considering the amount of money involved. At least Eko Atlantic City is privately funded but considering Egypt GDP and economic growth I think it will be hard to pull off successfully

Hello everyone, I'm kind of new here. This thread has actually shown me the level of development going on in Africa and I'm impressed. I want to ask among the ongoing megacities in Africa especially between, Eko Atlantic City, New El Alamein city and New Cairo. Which will be more beautiful according to the renders and current work going on.

I haven't seen any future city that it's render is as beautiful as Eko Atlantic City. That city is just the bomb with it wide canals, the marina, the ocean view and so on. The only other future African city that comes close to it is the new city of El Alamein in Alexandria, Egypt due to it ocean view.

I don't see anything so fascinating about the university, there are better ones in unilag, OAU and convenant University. Most Nigerians just love to castigate anything Nigerian. C'mon we have better than this

ok let us remove bias, fanboyism and trolling and let us judge the movie as it is. A lot of people have not watched Aquaman yet but I have been opportune to watch it so I will give my unbaised judgement on the movie
Best hero: I have to give this to Aquaman based on the way the movie portrayed his character and
Best Villian: I have to give it to Orm, even though Hela is stronger Orm had better motivation, better characterisation and more screen time.
Best action: I give this to Aquaman. Most of the action scenes in both movie are similar so let me analyst them.
The gladiatorial match in Ragnarok vs the Arena match in Aquaman. I would have given it to Ragnarok but the choroegraphy of the Arena match is top notch and one of the best I have seen in Hollywood movies in general and not just comicbook movies and to the effort they put in that underwater fight stand it out as the winner.
The chase scene in sakaar vs the chase scene in Atlantis Aquaman also wins this one. Plus the fight scenes in Sicily and the underwater war put Aquaman above Ragnarok in terms of action.
Best comedy: This go to Ragnarok.
Best visuals: Aquaman take this. The trench, the kingdom of Atlantis, the kingdom of the fishermen, brine the underwater war and the entire third act in the movie.
Best score: Ragnarok
Best scene: Aquaman the scene on the boat with the trench creatures attacking in nothing in Ragnarok beats it
Best supporting characters: Aquaman supporting characters were a little bit better than Ragnarok. So this goes to Aquaman

The majority of characters from the first Suicide Squad film won't return.
Right now it appears that only Deadshot and Captain Boomerang will 100% return.
Harley Quinn won't return. She will have her own arc of films with Birds of Prey, Joker & Harley and a future film with Poison Ivy.
Harley Quinn could return for a third Suicide Squad film.
It seems that Rick Flagg left the Suicide Squad to live a peaceful life with June Moon.
Characters that have been discussed for Suicide Squad 2 are King Shark, Manchester Black, Bane, Killer Frost and Black Spider.
Matt Reeves has plans for Catwoman.
The Batman will take place around 12-15 years before Man of Steel.
The script has Batman in costume for the majority of the film.
They want Batman have a leaner and less bulky physique compared to Batman v. Superman.
The script focuses on Batman's detective skills but rewrites were made to also focus on his fighting skills.
They want an actor that could be both a younger and older Batman.
Black Adam director should be announced soon.
Henry Cavill and WB did resume contract negotations at the end of 2018.

If only the DCEU was half as good as the DCAU, they would have been far better than the MCU. Just look at the way DC handles their animations I can't be more excited for those lineups especially reign of the supermen

I know that but everyone knows that LOTR franchise is 10 bigger than POTC franchise. Seriously WB can make as much as 5 films from the simarillion book alone which is the first age in the Tolken universe not to talk about the second and third age.( LOTR and hobbits are a small part of the events that took place in the third age). My point is that WB has the potential to be far greater than Disney only if their executives managed their properties well enough.

WB is the second largest and richest studio in Hollywood after Disney and has the potential to become the first if they can put their act back together. Go and do ur research WB has some of the best movies ever made and the richest franchise in history of Cinema, something that Disney is not going to match any time soon. The only thing that has been keeping Disney on top for the last 4 years is MCU and the star wars franchise with some of their live action films which are basically remakes of the 90's animations. Unlike WB which have the Tolken universe (the Lord of the rings and hobbits trilogies, and they have only scratch the surface of that universe which has the potential to be bigger than the MCU if done right), the Harry Potter universe, the monster verse, horror genre (WB has the largest horror franchise now which is IT and the conjuring universe.) and so many other. And last but not least the DC universe. Seriously anyone with correct reasoning will know that unlike the MCU in which it brand popularity will die out after reaching it's zenith this year the DC universe has the stories to keep on making films for the next 30 years non stop. The that is WB biggest property which if managed the right way will create a franchise 5 time bigger than the MCU.

And I think the greatest problem with WB are it's executives which don't know how to manage a movie studio something which Disney has in abundance. I bet you give Disney the property WB have no studio in Hollywood will ever be able to beat them. That the major reason Disney is buying up other studios in other to develop their properties because they are running out of what to make. Who wants to bet that by 2020 Disney will be knocked out of first position in the box office and WB will take over. For those of u who will doubt what I'm saying go and do ur research Disney only make Blockbusters from one or two genres a year while WB makes movies that touches every genre from comedy, horror, adventure, action, romance, fantasy and comicbook movies and even animations. To me for Disney to keep dominating the coming year they need need to diversify their properties unless they are going to get a steep fall in the coming years

dude what world are you living in. Black panther is so overrated, seriously c'mon I barely even managed to watch that movie ones it was so boring. I don't know of u guys but I will personally rate Antman and the wasp above black panther anytime, any day.

And for folks who believe Spidey into the spider verse will out gross Aquaman it is currently tracking to open to 30-35million on opening weekend. That not even up to what Batman Lego movie made on its opening weekend and some people think it will do better than Aquaman that is been compared to Avatar visually.
