So sorry I haven't posted all these while. Thanks for that cleaner you gave me. I was successfully able to delete the bad hotspot shield. Though I wasn't able to use your new link because it refused to download on my system so I decided to use another that was able to install on my system. I really appreciate your help. It's been of very great use to me.

Still can't uninstall, re-install or upgrade the program again before uninstalling.
