Kajina: The mod is on a hiding comments rampage. He/she is targeting mostly Ghanaians comments on this thread and leaving those insulting comments from Nigerians. I suspect the mod is an Igbo and the Ghanaians punches on Cusubaba are hitting him/her hard. If you people cannot take the heat, simply stay away from the kitchen. We don’t initiate an attack, but if you bring it to our door steps, we will punch harder.


BTW Mod, did you see the bolded comments by that Igbo BOY who calls himself Cusubaba, whose mission on NL is to insult Ghanaians? Why didn't you hide his comments, but hid our responses We only responded to his insulting comments, so it's only fair that you hide his comments 1st before you hide ours. I guess it's okay for you people to insult others but it's not okay when others hit back SMH!!!

I hid all posts containing insolent/discriminatory remarks. Some, like the one you quoted, might have escaped my notice, I apologize and will attend to them now.

Spinach sauce or spanish sauce? There's nothing like spanich sauce.
If you mean spinach sauce, here :

Procedure
If you will be using frozen spinach, allow to thaw just enough to let you cut them into tiny pieces. Leave to thaw completely and squeeze out the extra water using a sieve.

* Boil meat and fish with seasoning and allow to absorb almost all the broth when it's done, and then turn off heat.
* Meanwhile put desired amount of (green) fresh pepper in a cellophane, tie and put in the boiling pot of meat
* When the pepper must have been cooked in the heat (soggy), take them out of the pot, out of the cellophane, and cut into tiny pieces on a slicing board or mash in a bowl with a wooden spoon, do the same to the spinach.

* Heat oil in a pot, add a piece of onion and then fry your meat if you wish, otherwise, after heating the oil add your sliced onions, and add your spinach and pepper after a few seconds.

* Add maggi and other desired seasonings
* Add your meat and reduce heat to medium and allow to cook for about 10-15 minutes.

* Boil rice

Serve, and enjoy!

minute: Any kind of sandwich you like- I was hooked on cucumber sandwiches one summer.

Watercress and tomato is another favorite. Then, there's avocado and lettuce.

I don't know if you eat cheese or not but you can make any sandwich with that.

Bean salads and crackers(with basil oil,salt and vinegar) is my obsession right now.

Wraps are a good idea, whole wheat pita is a good choice also.You can fill them with grilled

chicken or mixed vegetables.Then, there's akara balls if you know how to make them.

Left over from the night before is great the 2nd day. Just make extra.

And you don't have to make lunch for lunchtime. Have him pick up subs/takeouts.
