Thanks, dear. I know amala is brown, is elubo also brown? It's so embarrassing, I just realized I don't know/have forgotten what elubo looks like even though I always heard of it. ![]() |
jidegirl12: If you have a high efficient dishwasher my dear , no rinse is necessary, that's what they use to sell it sef,Please, it is very necessary to rinse or scrape off every particle before putting your plates into the dishwasher, regardless of its quality; otherwise, with time, the dishwasher filter gets clogged. It's not a dustbin, but a dishwasher. The kind of things I'm reading on this thread ehn - From ''If it's that good at washing, I wonder why you hardly see people use it in Nigeria'' to ''I don't think the dishwasher will clean all the eba, fufu, amala pots'' to ''If you have a high efficient dishwasher my dear , no rinse is necessary''. Una go kill pesin hia eh! |
Whenever is convenient for you. Dinner - Not less than 3 hours before you go to bed. |
ItsModella: Lord knows how much I love ewa agoyin. I hate beans normally, but as long as it's ewa agoyin with unsliced bread, I fear not.And I always thought Ewa agoyin means beans in yoruba! |
Elubo is the same thing as amala, right? |
Isaiwe (or something like that) ![]() |
There's nothing wrong with it. Timidity, like any other unwanted trait can either be done away with or managed. If earphones work for you, cool! I use earphones too, but most of the time, my phone is the wanted distraction. |
You just don't throw your plates into the dish washer after a meal. . .You first rinse off the particles in the plate. And yes, a dish washer can wash your plates very well, perhaps, even better than you can. Nothing makes Nigerian food harder to wash off plates than 'oyinbo' food. ![]() |
basher: Why? Abi u wan go pay bride price on behalf of your brother? He he! No, we'll pass! Thanks, but no, thanks. |

Akanniade: Am just thinking of buying one but I want to be fully convinced it can wash my plates and Cutleries well after cooking typical Nigerian dishes.Get one if you want it. I doubt you can wash your plates and cutlery better than it can. |
OAM4J: hmnnn... wht abt me?Ask Ileke to cook for us since she's the newest wife. . . ![]() [quote author=Ileke-IdI]Can someone teach me how to make yam porridge? Hehe . . .This kweshun be as e get! The level of enjoyment derived from eating, say, Eba using cutlery and Eba using your hand certainly isn't the same. #empirically speaking ![]() |
13volts: Anytime a market is showed on TV in the West or America you discover that they only display flesh of cows, goat or any other animal they killed. I kinda of wonder what do they do With the cow Legs, cow head and other organs we here in Africa see as delicacy. Do they throw them away or what? No, they are sold, just like every other part of the animal. |
monalicious: Asking how do I open a thread using my phonePretty much the same way you do when using a computer. . . Nothing changes. monalicious: and do you know what happens when a cake's baking process is terminated before d cake becomes completely baked, and continued after abt 5 hours, ols I need an answerI can't tell you anything from experience or for certain, but, most likely, the cake will collapse as it cools off since after 5 hours it would have spent its leavening agent, so you can't get what you originally wanted. It's better you don't start at all; wait until you have the time to bake at once. |
I'm just wondering if this girl still has parents sha. |
