The only process that is digital is the accreditation of voters using BVA machines that verify each voter using captured biometric data.

Even the process of collation is still analogue other than the process of transmitting the final results.

Thank you for this statement! Most people think Nigeria owns 100% of its crude oil hence they always calculate the funds and other benefits based on that! Of the 1.5 million barrels we produce, our share is about 800 to 900 thousand barrels. What this means is that subsidising the product at even 50% will lead us to borrowing to pay for the product.
