Afternoon house, pls I need infor from anyone that had this issue. I got a mail from WES Canada on the 31st of Jan 2018, I was told my status is on hold as they require verification of transcripts and certificate from UNILAG. I met with Somone at Unilag and was told last week that they didn't get any email or letter sent by post requesting for verification. I sent a mail to WES through their link informing them about Unilag not getting any mail and they should please resend, I got a this reply on the 5th of March 2018:

We will send you an update by email each time a new document is received and reviewed. Once we have received and accepted all the documents required, we will complete your evaluation.

I still spoke to Somone in Unilag today. They have not seen any mail from them. Please advice. Thank you.

Hello y'all. My story goes thus:

I intend to apply for a Canadian visit visa with my wife only. I have over 2m in my account atm. We intend visiting my close friend who lives and works in Vancouver. My wife and I have extensive travel history to the US and UK however she is unemployed at the moment. I also currently have in my pfa account over 7m and earn close to 300k monthly minus bonuses. Based on the frequent rate of denials ive seen i dont want to do make any mistake in my application.

Please advice if there is anything i need to include in my application to make it more appealing to the VO.

Finally i also need the links to apply as we have not applied before and dont know where to begin.

Hello Guys does anyone know if you Unilag diploma and Unilag BSc would be considered as two certificates under the express entry system? Also with respect to WES in sending my certificates must it be via courier only. Is there another way/method? If yes please share.

Just to add that the Unilag diploma was a 1 year program and thereafter i was granted admission thru the direct entry route to year 2.

Well i am a father already as my cute son is almost 5 months. As for the pregnancy it wasnt easy as i was away virtually throughtout the pregnancy expect when i come home for weekends.

My wife would call and shout on me telling me how she was experiencing cramps and nausea all the time. when she was 2 months gone we both travelled to the US and trust me its best not to travel with a pregnant woman because she kept vomiting throughout the 12 hour flight.

My best moment was when my wife came back home to Naija and i carried my son for the 1st time at MMIA. I'm not easily moved but i was close to tears but it was so surreal. Imagine i am now a father to this innocent little child.

I must say having a baby is by the Grace of God because even tho i dont live with my wife she still got pregnant 4 months after our wedding. My prayer for aspiring fathers/mothers is simple: God would give you children and wipe away the tears of barren women. AMEN
