If you feel that the romantic meal out for two is an obligatory part of the celebrations, then there are ways to go out without spending a small fortune.

3. Take some pictures of the two of you together and place them in chronological order of events of when you met first, years of togetherness in relationship and so on. Frame them together or create a hand-made album and gift it to your beloved. It goes without saying she/ he will be impressed.

4. This valentine season, there would be lots of giveaway contests, where they would offer wonderful gifts and prizes. Try and enter as many contests as possible and convince your partner to join as well. With your beloved by your side there is a high chance that you might turn incredibly lucky and might as well win the contests.

5. Take a little trouble of creating an at-home spa day for your mate the weekend before or after Valentine. When you deliver the gift in a basket, make sure you add inexpensive candles, bubble bath, rose petals, facial mask and scrub. Let your loved one get the full experience of the spa and relax for a while.

I woke up this morning to check my twitter account and noticed almost everyone was either retweeting or tweeting about Kanye West. Curious to know what's happening, I went to his timeline, and guess what? He has been venting and spilling out some shocking information about himself.

I love being back at my fashion office learning and creating. It's so challenging and fun and I'm surrounded by amazing people.
They say you only live once but every time I come to work,  I feel like I'm starting a second life. You guys might think I have some type of backing for my line but I don't.
I did the first fashion show out of my own pocket and used the money I made touring to follow my passion.

If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Why do people cheat,” then, it may ease your mind to know that you’re not the only one who wants answers about this extremely common occurrence. If you’ve been cheated on and ended it already you may still be desperate to unravel why it happened.

First of all, more people appear to be cheating than ever before as a result of some contributing factors;
With the advent of the internet and hand held devices it is easy to connect in cyber relationships and to create intimacy online.
Also, people are Being Intimate later into life and continuing to cheat at older ages. This is due to the advent of pharmacological interventions that have increased the male capacity to have and maintain an Attention into later life.

I spoke with quite a number of people on this issue, and here are some of the reasons I could gather;

1. Boredom: One of the main reasons that people cheat is the fact they are bored in the relationship or the intimacy has run dry for a certain amount of time. Face it; if the only thing that happens is snoring once you and your significant other hit the sack, your relationship might be tempting a potential cheater. They end up looking outside the relationship for that spark which is lost.
This happens so much in modern relationships that it is practically the number one reason that people make the mistake of cheating.

2. Conflict: Problems in the relationship are also a
common root of a person’s motives in cheating. Maybe the cheater is experiencing tough financial problems or has been fighting more than usual as of late with their partner. Problems in a relationship can really cause a person to think they’re finding relief in those conflicts with an affair on the side. Some see cheating in this situation as an escape or getaway; an opportunity to forget about reality.


3. Apathy – Many of us have probably seen one of those relationships that is hard to watch because one person CLEARLY cares more than the other. The apathetic cheater is not invested in the relationship at all, even though they might say they are. These people often get labeled as “users” because they use people for personal gain. Examples: she doesn’t like YOU, should likes your car; he doesn’t care about YOU, he likes that being ‘in a relationship’ with a hottie gives him status with his friends.

4. Revenge: Maybe you cheated on your girlfriend/wife
at some point, and she figured the best way to handle
it was to dish out the same treatment. It’s very common
for people to feel the need to get even once they
realize that they’ve been cheated on. The revenge is
often sought after in the form of cheating as well to
inflict the same pain that they suffered. This is so so
wrong in my opinion.

5. The Thrill: The idea and the thrill of cheating can also
cause some people to cheat. Some find that the
secrecy and sneaking around is exciting, and it provides
a sense of exhilaration and anticipation to a person
who is experiencing a boring relationship. What’s
interesting is that if the two people doing the sneaking
around were to get caught and go public with their
affair, the chances are slim that they would even stay
interested in each other or try to make the relationship
work. This is simply because the cheating was all about
the thrill and excitement.

People obviously cheat for all sorts of reasons, but
there are a FEW ways to avoid it coming to this.
Always try to spice things up and keep things fresh in
the bedroom.
Try out new scenarios and techniques to help keep your
significant other’s mind away from wandering.
What’s most important is to recognize when the
relationship is at a dead end. If you’re certain the
relationship is over, don’t try to draw it out any longer
because this will only open the door wide open for
cheating. Cheating hurts everyone involved in the end,
and it certainly doesn’t ever need to come to that. If
you can help it.
