Let me just tell you this. Many of Fubara's advisers are working for Wike. They are giving him wrong advise and being a natural blockhead, he's just taking it.

Fubara signed Tinubu's peace accord and withdrew his counter affidavit from court. A move that has haunted him till date. Wike's men did not and followed the matter to the Supreme Court gaining a victory which they now intended to use as a weapon to oust Fubara. What more effort do you want than ONE THAT LED TO YOUR POLITICAL SUICIDE?

They have the locus standi oga. It's a constitutional matter that affects the states and the democratically elected structure. If it fails, any President can declare SOE even in Lagos on a flimsy excuse.

They should have also added if it's constitutional for the NASS to ratify the President's action by a voice vote as against the required 2/3 majority.

Supreme Court did not recognize Nenadi Usman’s caretaker committee. The court simply told all of them to go and settle in house. Abure has every right to claim the chairmanship as he’s still the only one in my opinion that can convene a NEC meeting of the party.

Peter Obi holds no position in Labour Party that gives him the power to call for a NEC meeting. So, this is not the time to point fingers at all. Everyone should unite together for a NEC meeting and settle the issue in house.

You really don't know how Abure got there in the first place. Neither do you understand what is going on. Further it wasn't just Obi that called the meeting, the Governor of Abia did and they're meeting with the NLC, TUC and elected stakeholders. Please which elected LP official is standing with your authentic Chairman?
