Thanks a lot, Can we scan the thumb printed part instead of sending it by post, I heard it's possible, will scanning be accepted? BAY1759: Hi @Mitzblessing,
You tried to PM me...I will just answer your question over here so as to help out someone else in your shoes.
Go to page 484 of this thread. I made a post in regards to how you can get the form. I attached the form to my post. Download it and fill it. After filling it, thumbprint(make sure you capture your full finger not just the top part edge of your finger) it, attach a passport photograph to it. A copy of your International passport datapage as well. DHL it to someone in Lagos. The person takes it to State CID, Alagbon. They charge from 5K to infinity depending on whom attends to you. Those will work on it and stamp it and issue the PCC.
Now, send it to Abuja. At Abuja, you need to take it to Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Authentication. Total Cost is 600naira at Ministry of Foreign affairs. After that, take it to UAE embassy in Abuja, for attestation. This will cost you 36,000 naira. The person DHL it back to you. |

Thanks a lot,..Are you in Estonia already? Suplexx: Lest I forget, you are still going to send the notorised copies to the school yourself. If you are going for Masters , your school will send the transcript. The person helping you there will be telling you what to do at every stage. But you can do it all by yourself. |

Seems your application went pretty smooth and fast, thats a heck of a story you just told, and you gave a very good explanation, well everything in life requires patients, thanks a lot for the insights. But how did you got your own Estonia Visa? I read through the pages and it seems people are now having problems getting India Visa, can you please explain how you were able to archive this?.. femiratess: applying through a friend or agent can be frustrating like some people rightly said. For me, its all about the person and what trust you have. i applied through a friend/agent and i paid money but i have no regrets. The person actually supervised the whole process for me and a friend and we both got our D-visa and applied for TRP as early as May 15. Infact i have gotten mail from the police and border guard as regards my TRP. I will list advantages and disadvantages below
advantages 1. what you dont know, you dont know. 2. information is power 3. There is nothing like having someone who has gone tru a step putting you tru. Here in nairaland, noone owes you any info and most info are facevalue not indepth. e.g my insurance cost is 99euros made in estonia and am seeing 197 by so many comments. 4. the process is quite simple but tactical. you need experience a bit.
disadvantages 1. you may sometimes be frustrated keeping up to date with your application. 2. trust and honesty factor of the person involved 3. money involved All in all its all about trust and the integrity of the person helping you out. little silly error can cause you delays and this will surely affect your timing all to the point of visa application. my testimony is quite simple. i used a friend/agent and my TRP is surely ready before arrival. Many might have counter testimony but my word remains "what you dont know, you dont know"
list of issues this person solved includes
1. my bsc result had a name differences with my passport 2. my other guy works in dubai and he increased his passport age before leaving nigeria, so he had different birth dates on result and international passport. the agent corrected this and his docs was accepted. 3. he applied for business management(degree) and was rejected. the friend helped and he was allowed to choose environmental specialist without having to go tru ENIC NARIC allover. and he has his visa as well. we both went to india. few people here who speak to me privately can bear witness to all my stories.
lastly nobody is ready to be giving you time, chatting and updating you when they dont stand anything to gain from the process.
END OF NOTE: if you trust the person, spare that little bucks for your own convenience.
Please am not offering assistance to anyone privately, am only sharing my experience. |

Hi, I have a friend offering to help me submit my documents directly to the school, but I saw on the school website that they don't accept documents from a third part, (my friend is not offering a paid service he just wants to help), please I would like to know if submitting on my behalf will make the process fast or still the same time with the people applying directly online.. |

Hello house,
Have been a ghost reader for a while , Am highly interested in studying in Estonia and from the information I gathered here it's enough to get through all the necessary stages, Please as a self sponsored person, can it be possible for me to get a job in Estonia to help in paying my bills and as well my tuition while am studying? Not everybody is privileged to be born with a silver or golden spoon,
So how can someone manage with the bills and tuition as a self sponsored,
A good response will be highly appreciated.
Thanks |
