Hello folks. I recently realized that the company I work for has been advertising vacancy for a job position that is exactly as mine. I was surprised to even see people talking about the job on nairaland and receiving interview invitation. Please what does this mean. Although i am not perfect but I have been working hard for this company. Do you think they are trying to get rid of me?

it may mean that the company wants to expand...or maybe the it is too much workload for a person.
