all those races were charity races,more like exhibition matches.superman doesn't have the feats to hang with either Barry or Wally in terms of speed,their speed feats massively outclasses him and eobard saying that doesn't mean sh1t or do you want to tell me Barry has not reacted to eobard besides reaction speed is different from traveling speed.
