Ninejaywon: press -up is a very good form of resistance exercise i.e exercise dat involves one's own body weight.Press-ups/push-ups enlarges d chest,hits d tricep muscles of d arms and also d back muscle and if done wit proper form can also hit(stimulate) d abs.D muscle of d heart becomes stronger which in turn increases d efficiency of d pumpin action of d heart. So ma guy keep doin dat push -up cos it pays 2 be fit.

FOF4u: ,,,, smuhammed, is in NDA camp passing out dis mth as an army officer and emrino is currently in airforce 6mths trainings hope to pass out august as airforce officer, for now both are very much busy........i dont know of d rest two mentioned whereabout.........pls for a benifit of doubt if u ar still serving as corp member or u havnt gotten ue nysc discharge certi, my broda u appling is a waste of time and money, mind u even dose wit complete documents ar no shortlist in d 20 names of 1st screening........b guided best of luck to u all.
