I had a similar problem. I was unable to format my iPod Shuffle under Win2k. I tried command line, exploder and diskmgmt.msc. They all reported that the format failed. I saw some stuff on the net about using WinXP so I took my iPod to work and formatted under WinXP exploder and it worked. Good Luck, Mark MacVicar |
