I can put you in touch with people who can built a soap and detergent plant for you, it would be small scale though. You have to assess if there is market potential for this. I have been living in Nigeria for over 11 years and I can tell you that there definately is.

And it may even cost you much less than 10 million.

I have just come across this forum and I know these posts were from last year. I live in Nigeria and operate a company which has the experience to put up soap (toilet soap, laundry soap, hotel soap, etc. ) and detergents (powder and liquid) plants on a Turnkey basis in Nigeria.
