Nigeria should be restructured, but Nigeria can never be restructured. Some people dont realise that the North sees very little difference between restructuring and Biafra. If Nigeria is restructured, and every region is controlling its resources, the centre will become weak enough for any Region(s) to break out of Nigeria

Another thing about restructuring is that in other to restructure Nigeria, the constitution must be changed. There is no such thing as restructuring Nigeria and keeping the present 1999 constitution that gives much powers to the federal government. If you see the requirements to change the constitution you will run away.

To change the constitution, not only do you need a two majority in the Senate and house of rep, you also need 2 thirds of the state assembly of all 36 states to vote for it as well. With the core North totally against restructuring and when you consider the constitutional requirements, you find out that it is easier to visit planet Jupiter than to restructure Nigeria

Nigeria cannot restructured, it is simply not possible.

Restructuring means different things to different people.. reducing executive list and increasing concorent list is very possible and can happen, everyone at this point knows the FG is too loaded, Devolution of power is possible, resource control on solid minerals is also very possible , state policing is possible

But fact remain 100% resource control is not possible most states are not economically viable b, the whole IGR of SE isn't enough to even cover wage bill and less than 60k barrels of crude can't sustain 30 million people

Exactly, this thing is about compromise not entitlement. If there was a prior agreement with respect to rotation, then yes, being entitled comes into play but that is not the case. The constitution allows anybody that is qualified to contest for an election regardless of where they are from or wether someone from his zone is an incumbent. If he/she feels they stand a good chance, then they have every right to contest. There is still time for the Igbo's to start mending bridges and building new ones. Between now and 2023 is about 3 years which sufficient if they are really serious. The PDP agreement is just rotation between North and South not across the 6 zones. PDP is all about winning the next election and if they don't they don't think a SE candidate will win, no show for them be that. APC is on lock for the SW.

With good attitude, proper negotiation and right public relations, PDP might give them a ticket in 2023 .. but with the way they are going about it I doubt that's going to ever happen

So Mr Ibo man go and look for any agreement you made and hold the people PDP you made agreement with to honour it's terms

It is simple get nomination form for any Ibo man to contest with fellow southerners come 2023 at PDP and APC primaries.. just has Alex Ekwueme contested Jos 98 convention and Rochas contested against Obasanjo at 2003 primaries, Tinubu Jagaban, Raji Fashola, Prof Osinbajo, Nyemsom Wike, Rotimi Amaechi, Godswill Akpabio would all contest 2023 primaries , even APP Ogbonaya Onu contested in 1999..


And if Ibos can't get any service chief, any position in NASS from Senate President, Deputy Senate President, Speaker of the House, Deputy Speaker of the house all they got is mere deputy chief whip and minority leader then I can tell you Ibo Presidency is a dead dream
