hermosa: Just thought I should reply my own question. Corp members are allowed to serve in all three states, Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt.
I'm currently serving in Abuja after redeploying from Delta State.
So if anyone ever tells you he can't get you to serve in Abuja or the other above named states, just know he's lying!
