From what I noticed so far from the leaked set photos, the director, and Phoenix himself, I think this movie seems to draw some of inspiration from Heath Ledger's Joker.

Nobody is discussing plots or scenes or moments, everything always boils down to how Marvel/DC is better than DC/Marvel. Also, let me add here that I think that Thor Ragnarok is a very good movie that ranks higher than the first and second in terms of the entertainment value it delivers. I don't get when people say it was a shitty film. Yeah I guess it was supposed to be dark and serious but then put a spin on the dark plot and it totally worked. I'd pick Thor Ragnarok over GotG Vol2.

Just finished season 5 of Game of thrones but one person I just can't stand is Daenerys Targaryen.

The movie gave her preferential treatment to the extend that the tone in her character feels very different from the ones in the movie

She make so many rulership screwups that would kill most other people, but she never seems to learn or improve because her mistakes usually end up getting her an army or a fleet.

Her "captured by dothraki" storyline ends up not harming her whatsoever. She doesn't learn an ounce of humility and she gets a free, instantly devoted army of dothraki just by surviving a fire. And this is after we've seen that dothraki generally hate and distrust anyone related to magic or witchcraft.

She's a badass, but she doesn't seem to live in the same gritty, unforgiving world that the rest of the characters do
