I copied the same helpdesk to the message I sent to UBA cfc and I received an automated reply that I will be contacted which your company never did. I have been using mobilenig since January this year, and I can tell u, even to my last transaction of yesterday, its been very excellent service. They are the best when it comes to data service and everything including automated wallet finding, customer service and activation has always been great. I love mobilenig cos of their automated wallet funding which never failed me. I ve always used GTBank and Firstbank. I'm not sure its appropriate to come and spoil mobilenig on this platform. This is very wrong!!
I have also worked with MTN for about 10 years, and I can tell u that some customers also complain of missing money and so on. This can be resolved if u channel ur complaint to the appropriate quarters.

I paid in 1000 into the mobilenig.com Access Bank Account since 3rd of April, till date my wallet has not been credit. this is my first time to register with mobilenig.com and am getting this unfair treatment. Have been calling their customer line and account manager line no responce. Non wants to pick my calls. Is this company really a scam or what?

Be CAREFUL patronizing them. No customer service at all. I have all the evidence to prove what I am saying. Come out and confront me and I will bring out all evidence.
