I just finished watching that video, exactly what I was saying here is exactly what wike said, they so much believe that they are smarter than everyone and can get away with all sorts of rubbish. I know a lot of them the will disregard stop order and continue building on Saturdays and Sundays and they will hurriedly sell that property to unsuspecting buyers.

Some of them will buy 2 plots and sand fill into the water ways to get additional 2 more plots and will build on that land without approvals or manipulate the approvals on the 2 plots to cover for the other 2 plots they fraudulently acquired.

You need to be in real estate business to understand how these people operate. They so much believe that they can gaslight everyone into their control. In Lagos, they buy land that is meant for just 2 units, and will knowingly put 4 units on it, they will continue building even when stop work order is pasted on the site, they will continue building on Saturdays and Sundays because they know that government officials are on holiday.
