Biggerboyc , pls dont agree to this arrangement, they want to use ur account to sell bad funds . Braindee should refund u or refund money to the account that sent it to u . One was trying that shit with me last 2weeks and i insisted on refunding to the account even though i told him i dont need that payment from that account , yet he paid it in and ask me to refund into another account entirely.

Apologies for the late response to this. Was on the road almost throughout yesterday (Tuesday).

Some of what my buyer, biggerboyc, wrote is true. Anyone who has ever done a deal with me has NEVER had any kind of complaints about my business here. I don't manufacture PayPal funds, I also buy from other suppliers. When biggerboyc contacted me for GnS funds, I asked him if he was not in a haste because on Monday morning, I experienced some challenges accessing my PayPal account and from experience, it's better to be careful further access to avoid limitation. So, I had to contact a supplier for funds. Of course, I pay suppliers in bitcoin. Anyone who did any btc transfers in the last 2-3 days would attest to the fact that there's been delays in blockchain confirmations. Without confirmations, BTC would not get to suppliers. Without that, supplier would not send funds. Before I started at all,

1. I explained to biggerboyc that my PayPal was having issues

2. I asked him if he was not in haste, to which he answered in the affirmative.

I had thought that all the delays wouldn't be more than a few hours. Another buyer had to be refunded by escrow when I told him that the delays would likely take some hours. The escrow can attest to this.

Of course, my buyer agreed to wait and I appreciated that. I never knew that the confirmation would take so long. I had over 10 btc transfers awaiting confirmation as at yesterday (Tuesday) morning. I just checked now and they were probably confirmed later in the day, while I was on the road.

It's important to know that I kept updating biggerboyc, apologising and even offered some form of discount on future deals. Of course, he's tried. And of course, his Naira funds are with the escrow. When he said that he wanted refund, I advised against that simply because, my supplier is sending this particular funds from his account. The normal flow would be to send to me and I send to my buyers. But I had to do this because I fear limitation on my account. I've not accessed it since Monday, as a matter of fact.

When he said that he didn't need the funds anymore, I understood and appreciated his patience. I only advised that he not send back to the sending account as I would not be able to receive the refund. I told him that I would supply him another PayPal account that he can send to. This, I believe, is the bone of contention now. He doesn't want to send to my designated PayPal account but also wants his full Naira refund. I don't think this is fair to me.

sure it's ok to add another tank so as to provide adequate water for the needs of the occupants. I suggest you add a 750 gallons of tank to the one you already have. And yes it MUST be constructed on site. I don't know the height of the building to inform you on the possible costs

Pls i hv a question. I hv a 3500 liter Geepee tank and i want to know if i can use it alone to service block of 4 flats of 2bedroom each . I will like to build a tank stand . Is it necessary to add another tank say 1000 liter .What is the cost implication as location is lagos ? Can it be built on site as i can see your current location is Onitcha . Kindly advise . Thanks

two tanks means a storey building or more which should be at least 25ft tall. You should use 5 by 3 channel. You should budget #550,000 depending on your location. I'm so sorry for the error in communication.

People like you don't need any response because the response I gave was to an MBA staff who made certain postulations in his right. FYI what I have with MBA is purely a business transaction which is supposed to be mutually beneficial to both parties. So I don't look at MBA as doing me a favour the way you and most others on this Forum take it.

I paid into their account on 3rd but my payment normally comes 5th so i mistook it for due date .

You simply don't know the workings of the courts. Once the accounts are frozen, it simply prevents the company from accessing it. The court will direct the banks to pay you directly what is due. I have taken action like that against a client. I got paid from their account with Diamond Bank and GTB. Once the payments are made the courts will unfreeze the accounts.

The issue is not online investment payment as most of them are getting paid .the tension is with offline investors as most complain eminent from there . As someone said if yakata payment dont show today and tomorrow atleast spanning from 2nd to 7th date then wahala dey . As those hv reached the 7-14days window as said by the chairman of MBA .
If payment drops wella today , everywhere go calm once more .

When i complained last two months,so many investors laughed at me and called me an audio investor.I knew it will come to this,so many complains here and there now.Have said it before here dnt come here and complain go to their office and make trouble.Lt me jst give you guys a little tip how i got my own Roi for last month.I got a lawyer,i told him every thing abt Mba,showed him my MOU.He charged me 25k to get a court injuction.We went to their office and told them that we give them 24hrs to pay me my ROI or they will be forced to pay damages.I got my money there and then.So dnt mind any body telling you nothing will happen.
