Egyptian coach Bob Bradley tops the list of top-ten ranking on the continent with Michel Dussuyer of Equatorial Guinea, Zambia coach Herve Renard and Egypt legend Hassan Shehata.

Keshi who is yet to lose a competitive game since taking over as coach in 2011 moved one step on world coaches ranking for the national teams for the month of April- occupying the 27th position on the world ranking.

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — He’s been on the run for nearly five
years and now one of the FBI’s Most Wanted is caught! Eric
Toth is a former DC teacher accused of making child porn in
Maryland.
Meghan McCorkell has more on how he was captured.
It’s been just over a year since Eric Toth was put on the FBI’s
Most Wanted list.

Now authorities have tracked him down—in
Central America..He was a third grade teacher at an exclusive private elementary
school in DC but in 2008, Toth disappeared after a school
camera containing child pornography was found in his
possession.
He fled before the law enforcement response with—actually,
with other indications, other information in there that had child
pornography,” said FBI Special Agent Ronald Hosko.


Now, Toth is captured. He was found hiding out in Nicaragua,
in a town near the Honduran border.
Investigators believe Toth took explicit pictures of young boys.
A year ago, he was added to the FBI’s Most Wanted list Λn∂ featured in a video from the agency.
“He wouldn’t be going on this list if we didn’t think he was Λ significant danger to the public,” Hosko said.
Investigators say Toth was able to elude authorities because he
constantly changed his appearance.

In 2008, he was tracked τ̲̅ȍ Hammond, Indiana and Madison, Wisconsin. He left a fake
suicide note in a car at the Minnesota-St. Paul Airport. A year
later, he turned up in Phoenix, Arizona, working in a homeless
shelter.
With their former teacher finally captured, the Beauvoir School
has released a statement saying, “We commend the work of the
office of the US Attorney and the FBI for their ongoing efforts
to apprehend Mr. Toth.

They have been tenacious and resolute
in their quest to bring this case to justice.”
Officials in Nicaragua say Toth entered the country using a fake
passport. He has been handed over to the FBI.
FBI officials say Toth victimized multiple children in Λ number
of locations.

Years after spending millions of Naira on campaigns and
migration of the nation's currency from paper prints to
polymer notes, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has
announced that it is ready to stop the printing of small
denomination naira in polymer notes.
The notes were introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria
(CBN) when Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo was the
governor. They replaced paper notes. A note-printing firm -
Securency, partly owned by Reserve Bank of Australia, was
contracted in 2006 to produce the notes. It cost the Federal
Government some N750 million.
The deputy governor, banking supervision Mr Tunde Lemo, in
a statement on Sunday said the apex bank decided to scrap the
polymer notes because they fade easily, despite earlier
experiments which showed that the notes could last longer than
paper notes.
"By the middle of the year, we will start to produce the second
generation of lower denomination notes, now in paper not in
polymer," he said yesterday in Washington on the sideline of the
ongoing Spring Meeting of the World Bank and the IMF.
"My plea is that Nigerians should exercise patience with us; it
wasn't the fault of the CBN, it was just because we had to go
back to the drawing board to rethink 'Project Cure' in the light of
the wish of the public that we should not go ahead with the
N5000 notes and lower denomination.
"We will correct that in the course of the year. Polymer certainly
will be phased out. In fact, we are phasing out polymer. No new
note is being printed in polymer now."
Lemo said that when the CBN was going to introduce the
polymer currencies, its search showed that they could last longer
than ordinary paper notes.
"So, part of 'Project cure' actually was actually to move away
from polymer substrate to paper, unfortunately we had a push-
back because of the issues around N5000 note and coins. The
entire program was put in abeyance, otherwise by now we
should have stopped producing polymer," he said.
Lemo said the CBN had awarded a contract for the printing of
the higher denomination notes to a foreign company because of
low capacity at the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting
Company.
He said the CBN would begin to receive the fresh notes from
June.
On the campaign on the careful handling of the naira, Lemo said
that it was unfortunate that the campaign was not successful, but
noted that it was a criminal act to abuse the naira going by the
CBN Act.
"Unfortunately, CBN is not a law enforcement institution; we
left that in the hands of the law enforcement institutions and that
has not kicked in," he said. "I still go to parties and see people
spraying money, stepping on money, I see touts distributing
mint-fresh money that should go to customers."
Lemo also said the CBN had talked to the police to step up its
surveillance to reduce the abuse of the naira adding that the bank
had no right to arrest people who sold the naira on the streets.
He said the act of abuse and sale of the naira by touts had
defeated the clean note policy of the bank, but assured that
efforts were being made to tackle the problem.

acquainted and enjoy hanging out, it makes logical sense to be
Facebook 'friends' so that you can invite your friends to
events, view which events people plan to attend or receive
invites to friends' performances or parties; in other words,
Facebook acts as a connective device that is easier than calling/
texting everyone every night to say 'what are you doing, let's do
something together.'
But we currently abide a culture where 'friend' doesn't really
mean 'friend' anymore, but 'someone I clicked on via the
internet', 'someone who has for some reason given me
permission to be a spooky Viewer' or 'someone into whom I
placed a digital hook in the event I might want to use them for
something someday.'
In an effort to reclaim some semblance of meaning for the word
'friend', consider undertaking a Facebook 'purge', whereby
you 'unfriend' everyone who isn't actually your friend nor
someone with whom you are interested in being friends or
getting to know under consideration of being friends.
*'The Rando'*
One time you were hanging out with some friends and they
brought a couple people you had never met, and after attending a
social event such as a band show, bar night or raucous dinner
you all went to someone's house/apartment, possibly your own,
where everyone sat around drinking while listening to music or
watching a movie and talking over it.
The Rando'
was the person who sat at the very end of the
couch and didn't say very much, possibly even drifted off with
his mouth open while sitting next to someone you knew. The
next day 'The Rando' sent you a friend request and you said to
yourself 'I hung out with that guy, I guess we are friends now'
and accepted it.
You never see that guy again. One day he pops up in your
feed and you asksomeone 'who was that rando guy', and
nobody in your social circle reports actually being his friend,
maybe someone goes 'oh, that's just this guy I know.' You
should delete him from your Facebook friends.
*'The Mutual'*
You received a friend request from someone you have never
met, but who has a high number of friends in common
with you , possibly a list of mutuals who are closely associated
with one another such as your colleagues or a certain 'subset' of
your social circle, and you said, 'oh, this is a friend of theirs',
and you accepted the request.
However, you have never met nor corresponded with this
person. Looking at your friends list one day you see an
unfamiliar name and go 'wait, who is this again?' and you visit
their profile and notice they do not live in the same state as you
or your 'mutuals', they have a career in a field wholly unrelated
to yours, and possibly they have a very high number of
Facebook friends, meaning that the 'mutuals' were possibly
coincidental. You ask your 'mutuals' who the person is and each
tells you they just accepted the 'friend' request under the
assumption that the individual was a friend of the other. You
should delete this person from your Facebook friends.
*The 'Networking Opportunity'*
You received a friend request from an individual in a career
field related to yours or in a social scene to which you
aspire to join . They appeared to be friends with other 'relevant'
individuals in your field/social scene, and a cursory perusal of
their Facebook photos indicated that they have a pretty sweet life
into which you fantasized you might be invited. You felt an
illogical sense of flattery that this person somehow sought you
out and 'friended' you, and wondered 'is this person familiar
with my work/identity, do they want to offer me a job/sweet
party invite'.
The person has never contacted you and has generally never
actually acknowledged your existence except to send you self-
promotional invites to things like their friend's gigs that cost
some money to attend, their friend's gallery opening in a place
too inaccessible relative to your living situation, or otherwise
annoying all-caps bulletins that are not of actual interest to you.
Their 'feed' is clotted with links to obvious news articles and
impersonal information that appears nearly unintelligible/
useless. You become aware the person has over 1000 Facebook
'friends' and does not use the social network to be social or to
network. You should delete this person from your friends
list.
*The Attractive Person You Do Not Actually Know*
You received a friend request from someone you felt you did
not know, and clicking on their profile to examine everything
further revealed that all of the data was set to private except for
the profile photo, which was noticeably attractive to you in a
fashion that made you fantasize about meeting/dating/
sleeping with this person , so you overcame a vague wariness
of strangers to see what this good-looking individual might
possibly want with you and accepted the friend request.
You might have even one night decided to overcome the
awkwardness of actual non-acquaintance to Facebook-chat the
attractive stranger on Facebook, but in most cases the
unsettling gap between 'Facebook friend' and 'real friend'
has ultimately formed an insurmountable wall to you
actually meeting this person , despite the occasional message
from one or the other of you listlessly suggesting you should
hang out or apologizing for going months without answering a
message suggesting you should hang out or proposing plans
that never materialize. This person never lists their 'relationship
status'.

Instead of periodically browsing this person's photos,
scrutinizing pictures of them with friends to try to discern
whether they are actually/were ever single/are still available, or

This is an individual whereby you 'kind of know who they
are' via having met them at a few parties or having worked with

further consideration, i.e. 'I know him/her, he/she seems nice.'
Since the time you accepted that friend request, the individual
comments on and/or likes nearly every 'status update' or photo
you post. They feel the need to 'weigh in' on discussion threads
among you and people they don't know, they post '' when
your friend leaves an inside joke on your 'wall', and every time
you change your profile photo they write 'Great photo!' They
employ a lot of exclamation points and generally use 'emoticons'
liberally.
You examine your Facebook page and notice that should
anyone examine your Facebook page in an attempt to assess you
or your life, one would assume that this individual is in fact
a very close friend of yours and not someone you hardly
know who seems to be very involved in your Facebook
page for no apparent reason and in a fashion you do not
reciprocate . You feel vaguely guilty about detaching yourself
from someone just because they seem to like you/your life too
much, and you occasionally halfheartedly 'like' some things on
their Facebook page out of a sense of obligation.
You are also aware that should you 'unfriend' this person he/she
is liable to immediately notice, given how attentive he/she seems
to be to your page. They will live. You should delete them
from your friends list.

Fighting between soldiers and Boko Haram members killed
at least 185 people in Baga, a fishing community in Borno,
officials said Sunday, an attack that saw insurgents fire
rocket-propelled grenades and soldiers spray machine-gun
fire into neighborhoods filled with civilians.
The fighting in Baga began Friday and lasted
for hours, sending people fleeing into the arid
scrublands surrounding the community on
Lake Chad.
By Sunday, when government officials finally felt safe enough
to see the destruction, homes, businesses and vehicles were
burned throughout the area.
Authorities had found and buried at least 185 bodies as of
Sunday afternoon, said Lawan Kole, a local government official
in Baga.
He spoke haltingly to Borno state Gov. Kashim Shettima in the
Kanuri language, surrounded by still-frightened villagers.
Brig. Gen. Austin Edokpaye, also on the visit, did not dispute
the casualty figures. Edokpaye said the extremists used heavy
machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades in the assault,
which began after soldiers surrounded a mosque they believed
housed members of the radical extremist network Boko Haram.
Edokpaye said extremists used civilians as human shields
during the fighting - implying that soldiers opened fire in
neighborhoods where they knew civilians lived.
"'When we reinforced and returned to the scene the terrorists
came out with heavy firepower, including (rocket-propelled
grenades), which usually has a conflagration effect," the general
said.
Sunday afternoon, the burned bodies of cattle and goats still
filled the streets. Bullet holes marred burned buildings.
"Everyone has been in the bush since Friday night; we started
returning back to town because the governor came to town
today," grocer Bashir Isa said. "To get food to eat in the town
now is a problem because even the markets are burnt. We are
still picking corpses of women and children in the bush and
creeks."
