IT is the way now.
So many countries outside Africa will stop using oil powered car soon.

It is not only cars that use petroleum products remember? Moreover, even if some some countries outside the shores of Africa stop using the products to power their cars, the product still has market in Africa, because I don't see any African Country converting to use of electric cars anytime soon. So oil will still remain relevant, at least within the duration of Dangote's lifetime.
