Thank you . So what type of visa will I apply for to fly there ?

You’d need to get the work permit processed by an employer or a company (Usually takes 4weeks to process)

Then you’ll apply for the work visa with the docs from you Lithuania

Yes, it seems people are not looking at Poland because of the appointment hassle

Yes , there’s problem with the appointment issues.

Right now there are huge chances with Hungary, Czech, Serbia and Lithuanian.
I’d suggest you go for any of these places.

Their work permits are faster in processing too

Abeg the only question I have is how sure is the visa please?

It’s not guaranteed. But if the work permit and the documents are genuine , with proper packaging of the documents...you have 90 percent chance of getting the visa.

A lot of people got refused , I mean A LOT got refused. But like I said, with proper packaging and genuine documents you’ll get the visa.

Hmm Nigerians! You can never please them.

After everything this OP has said, you still find a way to complain. Well done.

LIFE for you.

Madam, no Nigerian will tell you the process they used to succeed! It's the simple truth.... If this was on reddit, you would have seen how so many folks would give you the information you need to succeed free of charge. But here, you go ask question tire!!

Every information to succeed on this process has been given free of charge on this thread. Go up from the start and read! People just like to complain and put blame on people. I’ve tried my best to make it plain and simple , if no one appreciate it...it’s their problem.

Thank you my dear. I'm just observing them.
All they say is be careful be careful, do research do research. Look for companies vacancies.

How do novice do that since we have no idea of doing it. Be careful be careful.
If Sergienko Lawyers are scammers, what will it cost you to tell us than telling us be careful.

What's the importance of advicing someone to be careful since you can't give us safety precautions. Please we should stop all these unnecessary diplomatic approach to things.

We Nigerians prefer to allow others be scammed or directed to costly Nigerian agents than helping you on how they did theirs.

It's so awful and inconsiderate. I know some people that has been keeping silent will be attacking me, but I don't care. All I know is that Nigerians prefer letting their fellow Nigerians suffer.

God bless you all

I can’t believe you said that. You personally messaged me and I told you everything I know. I still gave a detailed information here about all I know. What else do you want me to do?

My only crime now is warning everyone to be careful about an agency that you’ve not seen before ? An agency that you can’t hold if they scammed you? An agency that many people have been complaining about to me?

After every informations I gave , you still said I want you to be scammed?

Good luck to you.

Also be sure the work permits you receive from them are genuine before you apply for visa at the embassy, you can be banned.

Notice- I’m not trying to stop you from dealing with them, I’ve only just realised that they’re also trying to take advantage of Nigerians because of the perceived desperation.

I also recommended them earlier cause I know someone that got his work permit from them in the past. But please be careful, cause lately the feedbacks I’m getting from people dealing with them are not good.

Guys be very careful even with SergienkoLawyers. Be very sure before you make any payment. I’ve heard that some people haven’t received their work permits yet..and it has been over 5months.

Don’t blame anyone if you’re scammed. I’ve noticed that SergienkoLawyers have also realised that Nigerians are desperate, and they’re taking advantage of that.

You can go ahead with them at your own risk! Look at other agencies too. Don’t be drawn to them cause of their cheap price.

Send me a private message. Let’s talk about it

Thanks for affirming my input, please guys we should not cast Poland, we should learn to honor employment contracts, especially with the employer that sponsored you to Poland, I am not in Poland yet but I know much about immigration laws.

Let's make a good impression just as the Indians, Philippines and Pakistanis are doing, they don't try to outsmart the system, they build a reputation in the long run hence they become trusted and can easily bring their siblings and friends to join them legally.

Poland is member of Shengen and European union, let's respect their system, make we no cast there ohhh.

Totally agree with you boss!

thank you for the prompt response. Why did you book a round trip ticket? Are we expected to get back to Nigeria anytime soon?

Actually the round trip was not important. I just did it..just in case. The immigration officer at the point of entry didn’t ask anything about tickets at all.

Chimooo, I'm dead ohh. I even thought someone in this thread said Sergionko Lawyers are genuine.

I've even forwarded my documents remaining payment. I'm just confused.

This is so awful

You have nothing to worry about. I know they’ll definitely deliver original and genuine documents for you. Getting visa is totally different thing o. It’s up to you , embassy and your God.

Pls, what can cause visa denials?

To be honest, so many factors.

Maybe an error in filling the forms, the work permit is not genuine, work permit has expired, your documents are not completed etc

Please is this true? @Modupe19201

You can resign or even choose not to work with the company when you get here but...before you can work for another company, the new company would have to apply for a new work permit for you.

Personally I’d advise you to stay patient with the company that brought you to Poland and let them help you get a residence permit first, before you think about switching

Above is the list of vacancy I got from sargenko lawyers
But I asked for engineering vacancy, seems they don't have

You can search on google and contact any company that’s looking for engineers. You can apply directly instead of using agencies.

NOTICE!!!

Let’s make something absolutely clear!

I don’t personally know SergienkoLawyers. I have nothing to do with them. The only thing I know about them is that they process work permits for intending workers in Poland just like every other agencies.

I’ve been getting some messages from some people that SergienkoLawyers scammed them, he didn’t deliver their documents, they didn’t get visas etc

Dealing with SergienkoLawyers is totally your decision, there are several other agencies that do the same job , so don’t blame anyone for your own personal decisions. You can choose to deal with them or go with different agency. Do your own personal research and make your decision please.

I personally know so many people that got their documents from SergienkoLawyers and their visa was refused....I mean a lot of people! That’s why I said earlier that God’s favour is the main thing here.

Again, deal with SergienkoLawyers at your own risk, I have no business with them.

Thank you.
