Ozed55: Guys...there must be a platform or body to notify about this frustrating visa booking thing....how can they give a country of over 200 million people one phone line to call We still have 8 ECOWAS countries attached to our embassy .It's not fair at all. Students hve paid acceptance fees..,...all this funds are lying in polish banks...it's really terrible. Let's not lose hope anyways...till 8th October again It’s frustrating. They’ve got to change the method of getting these appointments and make it easier |

claremont: Unfortunately, most of the people who do this do it as a last resort because they have no options. I think the vast majority of people in the UK currently overstaying their visa didn't plan on doing so, they overstayed because all their plans to regularize their status failed. I would expect overstayers to work like a donkey and send all the money back home so that when the day inevitably comes when they are caught and sent back home, they have a tidy sum to fall back on. You’re very right , I’ve been to the UK too and I met a lot of people in that situations. I asked someone why he overstayed...he said “what would I be doing if I go back to Nigeria, I sold so many things before I got to UK..I can’t go back to Naija o” Of course i would never advice anyone to overstay their visa but I can never judge anyone for overstaying too. |

TWoods: Stop with the victimhood. YOU were aware it was an offence, yet YOU made the DELIBERATE choice to commit an immigration offense. YOU did it on purpose, thinking you were smarter than the immigration officials.
While you're here playing the victim, you still remain selfishly focused on YOURSELF. YOUR actions have made things that much more difficult for other genuine travelers. Thanks to folks like you, it will get harder for others to apply for the same class of visa that you dishonestly abused. You've unwittingly helped others to learn how to skirt consequences for their own immigration crimes. You've made it apparent that if you get deported, make sure you hide your passport and lie that it was lost - have someone mail it back to you and then try your luck elsewhere. Immigration officials read these threads, it is why the rest of us who genuinely lose our passports now have to get detailed police reports and jump unnecessary hoops just to be believed. I don’t understand you. Do you want her to kill herself because she overstayed a visa before you know she’s not acting like a victim ? Listen...there’s nobody here that has not made a mistake or done something that they regret. Let’s all learn how to be kind to people..you don’t know what happened that led to it and what she’s been going through for the past 4years, I’m sure she regretted everything that happened. She’s not the reason if they refused you a visa trust me. Whatever is yours is yours forget what someone did in the past. Stop acting all saint here , and the funny thing is you’re probably wallowing in a guilt of what you’ve done in the past too. This life is very simple...let’s be considerate and put ourselves in people’s shoes before we talk them down. Peace |

Hmm...well OP I know a lady that got deported from UK and got an Australian Visa. I know Australia is not part of Schengen. And I also know a guy that got deported from UK and now he’s in the US.
All I’m saying is it’s possible. Nothing is impossible. I just don’t know if you should add your old passport to the visa application documents you will submit or not. |

Ozed55: Hello guys..when I checked the info that was passed, they said.."The submission of applications will commence on 24 aug".
1.What do they really mean by that since the available date is till 10-9-2020?
2.How does one know the validity date of your travel insurance when there is still travel restriction to EU?
Am really confused...pls help 1) The portal to book for visa appointment was opened yesterday. And the dates for submission will resume on the 24th.( for anyone with appointment already) 2) They only allow few visa applications per day. 3) When the application portal was opened yesterday, only few and fastest people were able to grab the slots that were available. I was told that to get a date you have to stay up late and try around midnight. I’ll try tonight , you can also try your luck too. |

Petyprincess: Then congratulations dear Don't let anyone discourage you, polish people aren't racist as people claim them to be! I have never heard a black person being killed in Poland but still they term them racist! People can be rude especially in Krakow, follow African queen in Poland(samira) YouTube channel she talks about rights of an employee and things you need to know as a black person in Poland If you are a guy concentrate on your work and don't be chasing polish girls except you can handle hatred form jealous polish guys,if you a lady you wnt have much problem in Poland. Make sure you have a contract which consists of pay per hour, working hours, if transportation and housing is included in your contract, some companies provide free housing and transportation while some don't.
Above all be determined, nothing comes easy! If you should work for few years you can save some money and live comfortably in Poland or relocate to any of your dream country you will have in mind. |

When you documents is accepted you can start your interview here which you have to provide all necessary documents. If they didn't ask you for any documents to ship then it is a scam!! |

All I know is I have all the work permit documents I mentioned earlier with me. It has been verified by someone I know that lives in Poland. They corresponded with my documents that are in the local voivodeship Poland office. The documents I have with me are genuine and verified. Like I said, I’ll update this later |
