madridguy: With time we shall differentiate lightweight from heavyweight politicians.
I know one thing for certain, some we be glad they make the right decision while some will regret of their action till their last day on earth.
I remain Sai Baba last man standing.
It’s funny how APC supporters were rejoicing when PDP members decamped to their party. Wasn’t it obvious to you people that they were doing it out of desperation?
Lloyds001: bro i have a friend i met during TMI(April) for frontline interns, after the interview we exchange contact, then after one month i was sent a mail, which state that:for further review of ur application we invite u for an interview with the Human Resource Department(May).but my friend didn't get the mail, then in June he got an accessment mail, after 3 weeks he was invited for TS.so i got all the neccessary info from him.and he is rounding up the TS this week friday.every two weeks their is alway intake for frontline interns.
It’s actually not as straightforward as you implied. I applied January. Wrote test in January. Panel Interview in February. Medicals in February. Waited and completely erased all thoughts of AccessBank. TMI this July. Submitted documentation after TMI 1st week of July.
Exactly 2 weeks since we submitted our documentation.
As US President Donald Trump read a statement expressing his “full faith and support” to the US intelligence agencies, which he was accused of demeaning at the Helsinki summit, the White House went dark for a moment. “I have full faith and support… for America’s intelligence agencies,” Trump said on Tuesday afternoon, reading off a document prepared for him. At that point, the lights went out in the room.
“Oops, they just turned off the light. That must be the intelligence agencies,” Trump joked, to chuckles from the Republican lawmakers he was meeting with.
Almost all the major US media outlets, the Democratic Party, and even many of Trump’s own Republicans, condemned him on Monday for going against the US intelligence community that Russia actively interfered in the 2016 US presidential election.
Trump gave a somewhat confusing explanation of his remarks in Helsinki, telling reporters that when he said he saw no reason why Russia “would” interfere in the US election, he meant to say he saw no reason why it “would not” be Russia.
Comfortadeola: Pls can someone help with tips about the video interview, I would like to know the minutes and question asked. Thanks
1. What are you passionate about?(2 min video) 2. What’s your greatest achievement?(2 min video) 3. How do you evaluate success? (Written maximum 500 words) not too sure of the maximum number of words
proffemi: I truly doubt that. A guy to whom N11,000 is chicken change is unlikely to have such hunger-stricken ladies around him.
There are many things wrong with our society. People justifying terrible manners for whatever reason is part of it. If you want women to treat men like men, then you should ask men to act the part, and not be douchebags.
How is leaving her in the lurch a commensurate "lesson" for pigging out? He should blame his choice of women, and do what real guys do: pay the %$#$$% bill on a date you initiate!
She could have simply said “sorry, I thought you would cover it”. She basically wanted to seem like she wasn’t cheap, and it backfired.
Me, what I’m aware of is that the bill is/was not an issue for ‘Winter’
If you go on a date with a woman you like, and she's misbehaving like that, the best way to put her in her place is to pay the money and let her know how little you think about her behavior (or insert whatever other punitive measures here). It's when broke-arse niggaz that can't really afford the bill that they balk at it. In which case, he should have told her. Abi are you saying they were not conversing all the while? I bet he was busy forming Dangote's nephew.
Bros, I know the guy, that money is change to him.
A lot of you here, keep missing the point. The point is not that the food was expensive. The point is that she was rude!!! Even when she had no right to be.
If you know Winter, the guy behind a hoestory, 50k dinner is not the problem. Someone that’s enjoying his life...
proffemi: I can guess the age and marital status of most posters from their posts.
By whatever definition, a real man doesn't start what he can't finish. You don't take a girl to an eatery you can barely afford. And when you're there, and she's pigging up and ordering things, a real man will gently give her a hint what's up.
What looks like a maga-defining expense for you (N11,000) is chicken change to some. Are you telling me that my paying N11,000 for a woman's meal makes me a maga? Not unless that is a substantial percentage of my monthly income! Obviously, the dude saw an expense of N11,000 as maga-defining. You probably do too. I don't.
I guess it all depends on the sort of women you and the poster are used to ??
It’s not the money. He had the money to pay. He was vexed by the way she reacted like it was her right.
justtoodark: thats why you should go embarass her their....??
thats not fair....
was he in a coma while she was ordering....??
why didnt he say anything while she was ordering....??
i would have said something....
It’s a lesson to her. If she knew she didn’t have money she wouldn’t have spoken to him like that. If she had manners she would have observed that he spent less than 4K. Was she sleeping?
Hanseel1: ......... what was he thinking when he took out an hungry broke girl for a date?
He didn’t fvck up. There’s nowhere it’s written that a man should pay on the first date. I’ve gone on first dates with ladies who insisted on splitting the bill. My sisters always make sure they have enough to cover their outing and transport when they go out. It’s simple ethics.
Furthermore, he was pissed at her attitude when he told her to pay. The way she reacted was rude. I’m very sure he would have stayed if she didn’t lash out like that.
