I heard over 400k with many allowances like quarterly, 13th month, hazard for some departments etc. It's a very good place.

I don't think is a new recruitment, they are confirming their temporary staff nation wide , nevertheless contact your connect as I am not 100% sure.

I dont think so, why would firs be ranked among the top 3 juicy places ? Have you seen their Labour force? That agency will have more than 20000 people by the time tinubu finishes. The only reason why Ncmbd, ptdf, nnra, NDIC and the other A list agencies are able to be topping the list is because they have less labour force , we are talking about an agency with less than 1500 staff some swith less than 300 staff. So I am still thinking on what basis will firs be juicy?

People have gotten invite for NMDPRA and NUPRC dated September 2025. NCC,nmdpra and NUPRC have recruited some staffs already this year, NCC are still inviting people and they have also given APL to some people. Do with the info whatever you wish. On this platform people joined NUPRC this year and they are reading our massages one of them rejected it and traveled out of the country.

Las las month like this, I walked into an office without knowing anyone in it and the someone I did the walking in for , is now in the process before secondment posting (which is why I even responded to your post, cause I was like, bro can try this). Sometimes, it isn't always about connect, try to ask first. You might be surprised that the answer isn't always no.

I dont know the current salary... Old salary was 100k plus... NEMA is not really a high paying agency.

For NUPRC hopefuls, last week I saw two letters for regulatory officer II, annual package 11.3M, dated 7th May, acceptance of offer deadline was 23rd May. Those who know me, know I’ve been pushing for NUPRC, so I’ll try again next year.

I’m not saying more letters won’t be issued, but from the look, the chances are very slim.

I know of someone that was still given level 10 step 2 (Officer 2) with Masters and 2years experience in a previous Government Organization. Can you clarify please if you know why.

assistant manager at firs is the 3rd level not 2nd so it’s equivalent to level 10 at civil service
First level…… officer11
Second level……..officer 1
Third level ….. assistant manager
Fourth level ….. deputy manager

Am is a 2nd level both at Firs and Cbn. The 2nd level in a typical ministry is level 9.

An Assistant Manager at FIRS is a typical level 9 officer at a ministry. If an AM offer is given it may not necessarily be an experience hire but because that person is a professional specifically a chartered accountants. It is notable to see people getting ICAN certificate before getting their HND or BSc, these people normally do not have work experience or getting the certification immediately after graduation without experience.

What do you think that Firs will offer them. Note that with this certification you are expected to start at level 9 officer in line with the civil service rule.
