That's how it works there. Even CBN is like that too. In your first year, you only receive basic salary with no allowances/upfront. However, once you're confirmed, you start receiving upfront payments and other allowances. These allowances ultimately make your total annual take home pay higher than what you earned before confirmation. For CBN, you get double upfront the year you are confirmed

We're not because s(he) said "if you finished Nysc before 2017 it won't go". And to my own understanding "not later than 2017" means years before 2017 i.e ....2015,2016 and 2017

Exams is in 3batches. 2nd batch is ongoing and 3rd batch is by 11am. Ist batch was 30 persons in attendance.
