~ . . As much as i love chocies,i need to crave for it before i indulge. . .I cant eat more than one chocolate bar. . now the holidays are just round the corner,all the big promotional sizes are coming out! I stick to the little bars  


~Have you tried putting the Dairy Milk in the fridge before you eat it? Thats the only way i eat it after 20 mins in the fridge. .

if i lose too much weight, my neck looks like a giraffes own , and people will be sorely tempted to force feed me, cos my neck will have this unsightly hollow.

~Isnt it interesting how there's always something one tend not to like about one's self when you loose weight. . .even when you do get to the targeted weight,there's always something to moan about! Prolly got something to do w/ our DNA. . . Us being Women!!

~For me I hate how extra skinny my legs become if i loose too much weight. . they look like chicken legs. . i dont like when my collar bone sticks out. . . how sunken my eyes tend to look. . like i've just recovered from malaria/havent slept for months Oh! the one i hate the most!! Barely-there-boobies i inherit w/ weight-loss!

~I wish there was a way one cud proportion where the weight goes when pilling/shedding the pounds. . i cud do with having the fat that goes to the cheeks/arms divert to the bum instead! But thats wishful thinking!

Breast feeding helps u slim down, but I doubt u wanna be breast feeding for the rest of your life.

Don't stop until you've reached your goal but never starve yourself. Stick to your regimes, or adopt much better ones and u will surely reach your target. Good luck.

~Very true! I breast fed for 4 months. . .I lost the dress size i'd put on during pregnancy & more. . . went down from my normal size 10 to a size 6-8. . .


~I wasnt comfy been that size tho plus my mam & hubby didnt give my ears a rest about how skinny i'd become. . . That was when i realised boobies is all fat! My babies lost their mujo. . . We've long been reunited tho. . .

You're right about the pink and black lippy(though it looked like dark purple) that Rachel is using. She needs to gain some appeal; I know it sounds cliche but a long weave and some feminine makeup will make her look more appealing to the public. They know she's good but not enough are interested in keeping her in. Sorry to say, but look at Alexandra. She beat all those blonde and brunette bombshells that were her rivals to make it to the top - and it wasn't just her great voice/performance. Rachel could still keep her Rihanna style but she just needs to soften the look a bit; right now she seems so intimidating, as @mystikal implied.

~ . . Her lippy cud well have been purple but whoever her makeup artist is,she havnt been doing her any favours at all!! Having said that it cud be her choice seein how she had on the pale pink lippy on the audtition process


~Me think she just needs her own individuality. . .she's laying the path for a possible career now. . .Having her own identity should be key me think so i'm not overly keen on the RiRi comparison. . .

~I had to laff at the "intimidating" dig. . .I got that comment a couple of times too when i had the Mohawk!

mohawkchic, maeden i know you girls are not danyl's biggest fans but come on give the guy some credit when due. I agree Olly's performance was by far the best of the night but what danny did was nothing short of genius, to take a song that witney has just releasedin the staes and perform it so immaculately is no mean feat. I have actually listened to the original version and the guy did very well.
While joe is a good singer, i dont think he's in the class of danny and olly and the coming weeks will prove me right.
As for Rachael, i think her time is up and she's going home next week. The twins  were abject but being irish they will always get the votes from their countryfolk,.

Jo wood is so adorable, won't mind her winning. Watched the american one on friday (dancing with the stars)- it just wasn't the same- very boring and the male dancers were average-looking as well, waste of my time

~I use to watch snip bits of the series of "Come Dance With Me" that had Toni Braxton & some old woman. . i didnt recognise most of the faces on there anyways so i wasnt committed to follow up on it. . .

Is it just me or is Danyl getting scarier every week? When he's hitting the bridge of a song he always opens his mouth so wide you'd think he could swallow the TV!! And Simon should quit being so mean to the other contestants. He hardly has anything nice to say and pushed Cheryl to tears with his criticism.

@mohawkchic, I'm sure you're happy with your girls (Miss Frank ). They're looking more together now. Even the hairdresser got rid of her freaky weave and has a cool hair do now. They're going on strong but I'm not sure they would outlast the big ones (the girls, the over-25s). And as for the twins - I can bet you're keeping your fingers crossed they'd be out this week. And u know what, after their PVC get up last night, so am I!!!

~I wasnt all "WoW" about their performance if i'm been honest! Lukewarm! They've still got my support tho. . . I aint dropping them just yet!

Theres something's not quite right with Rach. She's fabulous - I yelped a 'yes' at the TV after her song 4 survival- but the songs aren't right for her at the mo. Plus someone mentioned the styling - again, it doesn't really suit her (on this occasion, i mean)as it's making her look masculine. She has the potential to be a really amazing female artist. And isnt she just 18?

For me it has to be wool. I have a burnt orange peacoat, a long black maxi coat, a blue knee length coat and a winter white knee length with a belt and they are all WOOL. Never thought about it though but I just realized that my winter coats are probably the most expensive clothing I have
