Guards are presently on training
at kaduna but are not much. Also promotion offrs are still in camp. Lagos and Bauchi respectively.
Also the issue of cadet. Hopefully Oct 2nd week. But compare to the amount they want to take before, it will be reduce cuz u guys will be mixed with upgrading offrs .
Also camp will be @Bauchi hopefully .The silence is cuz all the camp are occupied and DSS is not one to give u long notice.. If u notice, they only give 2-3days notice to report to camp. Nobody knows the date for now.. But I will advice everyone to follow the progress of those in camp. Maybe with that, u can get a better understanding on when cadet will go for camp.. But sure cadet are next in line.

Very soon Guards will enter camp and i have assurance that Cadet will be next nothing like cancelation two of my friends are contracted yesterday to make some clarification and they are told to keep praying and start preparing for camp

I honestly don't know how true this is. But if we could call our contacts to be sure...

Many factors are responsible for the delay

1) Service needs more hands in operational level. Many junior officers has turn to senior
2) The cost of training cadet is much, at d end of intensive training, individual will go more than A million naira which is really cost
3).The managerial styles of different DG is different. But d fact remains many are retiring, so they need people but it may take time


Let just calm and find something else doing, they will surely call when they are ready.

Just ensure ur name is on d list simple

Lack of funds can NEVER be the reason 4 cancellation of recruitmnt in any cadre of Dss. l have seen their budget of 2018 and 2019. Evry Org Budget for wat they want to do evry year be it recruitmnt etc. By the way recruitment is not cancelled they will call wen they want to.

nufin really, just spoke to my source today and thats wat I got so I decided to share, after all we,be hrd several stories from several sources, what else can one do but belive and hope for d best. Trying to balance a lopsided recruitment over d last years dat resulted in low output of detectives and guards. But cadets is very much on, and I pray after sallah is d real deal

Someone posted in an another group the exact info that a fellow posted here. There is ongoing recruitment in state headquarters, but it's for detectives only...ssce was n neck

Honestly, i can never giv up on this recruitment. My source once told me that it might delay but they will call. He was called after 3 years after all hope was lost.
