Is it really true that spring bank want to peg the number of people they want to recruit at 23 ? well i told u guys that this bank is not responsible, how can they bring us this far to use this kind of policy to knock us out, it is really pathetic.

I want to know if fidelity bank recruits fresh graduates without writing an aptitude test.We were interviewed by three branch managers in Trade fair branch in July and attended another interview with the regional manager yesterday.I just hope the job is not a contract job.I am a university graduate.Please anybody who has information concerning fidelity bank recruitment proccess should give me info concerning this issue .

My brother, i heard an interview in fidelity, bank Lagos branch last two months and i ve not been called, we were told that the next interview will be with the regional manager.I want to know if Fidelity bank conduct interview for fresh graduates without writing test and if they conduct interview in their branches cause i was interviewed by differently by three branch managers and i was told that we will meet with the regional manager for the next imterview.

Am not sure this spring bank people will call us this year, if u have been following events u will find out that they dont need workers, someone told me that the management complained that we are too many.Imagine that kind of talk.What kind of recruitment process is this.Well let us all forget about this bank and continue to apply to other companies.Each week we hear that they will call us the next week.How can a recruitment proccess take a year to complete.If na shell job i de pursue i 4 happy but na this bank work with all the stress involved.

Who told is 70k, so u have not heard that they have reviewed the salary to 2.4m per annum.Why do u think am praying hard for them to call us.I was with my phone thru out today hoping that they will call us but i was dissappointed, when will the waiting end, i thut we will start with the corpers they retained but they ve started before us.Those spring bank really need new workers ? thats the big question cos if they need more hands they would have called since they have  resolve the problem.

Well, have not been able to reply because i left everything for God.My friend in the bank said he called the deputy HCM last week and was told that they are working on our papers and will soon get across to us. Lets keep praying, am tired and worried but i take solace in the fact that God knows the end from the beginning.If i am alive today, i think there is hope.God can do it, lets keep praying.

Are u guys still talking of september or end of this month, i thought they want to  recruit corpers alone for now.someone told me that the MD refused to give his approval.They said we are too many that they will be calling us batch by batch based on when they need workers.

Emeka are u saying we should not write any test again, that spring bank will call us ?

My people, am not afraid just want to know if we will be called with the corpers that did interview.Were they trained b4 starting work or will there be a training for them.Hope they are not looking for ways to screen prople, how can thry takk about prople with fake certificates, how many months can they use to verify all these before employing us.By screening us again they are just trying to bring man know man into all this.It is not fair.How can someone be dropped after passing thru all this.

I know God will do what he has promised to do.Are we going to go for the training together or in batches because we are many, i pray we go together so nobody is left out.

All things are possible with God, lets keep praying, God will do it very soon.I believe in miracles and i know my God is a miracle God.I know Spring Bank will be recruiting about three hundred people, lets pray that we will be among the first batch that will go for training.

Moons u sound so confident and convinced that we would be called before the end of this month, well let me believe what u said cos i dont have latest info on this issue, my contact is away rnjoying his leave in the states.Lets keep praying, God will do it.The Bank relaunched somr of its products last week.I think this is a good indication that they are moving forward.

Godsinger or what, do u think u are in the university where u can gather people and protest about anything.There is no unionism in banking oh. U ve not started work, u are talking of gathering people to see the MD. How do u think he will feel. My brother come up with anothe idea.

How do you guys know they are interviewing corpers, even if they are interviewing corpers does it mean they will employ they will recruit them now ?
