Some time last year, there was a man who was HIV Positive.

Buy Green Powder _ Insect powder _ you will find it in shops supermarkets or chemicals or Agro chemicals shop.
it use to be N100 /sachet.
Buy up to 10 - 25 sachets and spread the powder around where the insects are usually found.
They will eat the powder and die after some days.
** You can only eliminate them by feeding them!

Anytime I enter my kitchen, I always see small small cockroaches in my kitchen cabinets.

They will be hiding in different corners of both my up and down cabinets.

And these are where I store kitchen utensils.

What you should know is the price of a home is dependant on two things which are LOCATION and LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT.

Banana Island is a high brow area. Same goes for Ikoyi. Homes in this location would not be compared to homes at Lekki.

The level of development in Banana Island and Ikoyi can not be compared to that of Lekki. There are some parts of Lekki you would go to and you will ask yourself if truly u are even in Lekki.

Ikoyi is one of the oldest high brow residential areas in Lagos hence the hike in prices of houses there. Same with Ikeja.

Instead of paying N69M ($150K) as yearly rent in Banana Island, is it not best to use that 69M and buy a fully furnished 4 Bedroom Duplex at Lekki.

For those that don't like Lekki becos of the bad drinking water, You can even go down to the mainland and buy a 1 plot of land.

You build it to your taste and you won't even spend up to N50M in finishing. You would make it look exactly like the houses at Ikoyi.

Come to places like Ayobo, Ipaja here on the Mainland. Most wealthy men abroad come down here every year to buy lands in these areas.

A plot now at Ayobo is going for about N25-N30M. You would buy one plot and build it to your taste and you won't spend up to even N40M.

Change of N15M will even remain for you to start up a business for yourself at Iyana-Ipaja or near Deeper Life University at Ayobo and employ jobless youths in the area. You make more money for yourself.

Then you rest for life.
