The whole masturbation thing started when I was around 10, I felt like it's some kind of terrible sin or disease the first time that I did it — and I promised God to never repeat it again, but no matter how I try, It never worked ...

Now my problem is not only the masturbation stuff — but for the fact that I couldn't keep the promise I made to God...

I am so depressed now to the extent that if you are to give me a chance — I would choose to never been in existence

You can't do it on your own, never. Only God can help you. Just continually drop the addiction at the foot of the cross each time you pray, and watch that burden lift.
