| Chai everybody don see Wike finish, nobody send Wike again with all him gra gra, press conference, dancing, singing, issuing of threats, abuse, throwing banters and insults and making outbursts...Wike has only succeeded in making a fool of him self and a certified clown in the Nigerian political discourse Ex-Presidents of the Nigerian Senate, Anyim Pius Anyim and David Mark were seen exchanging good-humoured remarks during their arrival for the inauguration of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential campaign council on Tuesday. The PDP campaign council was inaugurated on Tuesday at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, with the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa, amongst other party chieftains in attendance. In a video shared online, Anyim was seen jesting about telling on Mark to Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, that he saw the former Senate President at the event. Governor Wike has been opposed to the continuous stay of Iyorchia Ayu as the PDP national chairman. David Mark and Ayu are both from Benue State in the North Central part of the country. Ayu’s refusal to resign eventually led to the pull out of his bloc from the PDP presidential campaign bid. Wike and his camp also stayed away from the event on Wednesday. Moments before the event commenced, Anyim while walking into the venue stopped to receive Mark and the banter began. If Wike thinks can influence Rivers people to vote overwhelmingly for Tinubu, he should stop being a coward and come out openly with his full chest and campaign for Tinubu in Rivers State , and he should wait till election day when the results will be announced rather than behaving like a spoilt child. This National Vice Chairman and his cohorts who confessed to have been heavily bankrolled are approaching and offering members of NEC sums ranging from N25 million to N28 million each to address a damaging press conference with fabrications aimed at derailing the Presidential Campaign. The said National Vice Chairman had approached me personally as a member of NEC to inform me of plots to orchestrate a heavily funded Press Conference to be addressed by select NEC members seemingly calling for the resignation of the National Chairman, Sen. Tinubu is not a sellable candidate here in the street in the North and in the markets. The name that is overwhelmingly popular here in the North from the streets to the markets to villages to mosques is Atiku Abubakar. Citing Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom’s support for the embattled PDP National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu, the source stated, “You can see the result already. A governor has decided to give peace a chance in the interest of the party and Nigeria. This is what you get when the right people are given responsibilities.’’ Ortom, a known ally of Wike, suddenly declared support for Ayu a few hours to the inauguration of the council. While Atiku is preparing a grand inauguration of his presidential campaign which will also include a book launch after the PCC inauguration, the All Progressives Congress candidate, Bola Tinubu and his Labour Party counterpart, Peter Obi, have postponed the inauguration of their campaign councils Ortom and Ugwuwanyi have dumped Wike.
