Weeding
(We invest over NGN13,000 to Weed 1 Hectare of Cassava and Corn due to Elephant Grass infestation and high Operating Expenses. Weeding may be done twice before Corn matures and up to 5 times before Cassava matures due to rainfall, fertility of the soil and quality of the weeding exercise)

Replanting
(Some earlier planted Cassava Stems died in the ground due to excessive heat and delayed rainfall while some planted Corn was eaten up by wild birds called 'Aparo' in Yoruba dialet)

Bush Clearing
(We use Manual Labour to open up new Fallow Bush at the rate of about NGN24,000 per Hectare using Cutlasses, Files and Hand Gloves. We paid them NGN1,400 per Plot, each labourer gets NGN100 daily for Feeding and we transport them to and from Farm daily)
