A furious social media user called out the EFCC for only arresting influential Igbos in Nigeria following the arrest of Cubana Chief Priest.

The EFCC arrested popular socialite Pascal Okechukwu aka Cubana Chief Priest on Wednesday, March 30th 2022.

EFCC operatives picked him up at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.

“We have a popular Instagram socialite in our custody in Abuja. He is known as Cubana Chief Priest. He was arrested on Wednesday, in Abuja on his way to Owerri,” a source told Premium Times Nigeria.

Cubana Chief Priest’s last public appearance was at the FIFA World Cup Qualifier on 29th March between the Super Eagles and Ghana’s Black Stars.

EFCC arrested him the next day over alleged money laundering and tax fraud.

A furious fan called out the EFCC as a tribal weapon following the arrest of Cubana Chief Priest.

The fan claimed that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is a weapon to target Igbos.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have reportedly executed a massive raid on the Kay Farm Estate on the Lagos mainland.

According to a video leaked out by a resident, they came in clandestinely in early hours of the day to carry out their raid.

EFCC officials made off with over fifty exotic vehicles and another bus filled with boys suspected to be scammers (Yahoo Yahoo).

A nosy neighbour recorded parts of the raid and sent it to Gossip Mill Naija who shared it on Instagram.

The video showed the seized exotic cars being carried away by EFCC operatives.

The one who took the video added some commentary on what was happening.

“Good morning gossip mill naso EFCC raid our estate for kayfarms this morning oo and carted about 50 cars and took away some boys.

“They busted the estate around 3am this morning that’s kayfarms estate obawole along old Akufe road.

“No car wey they no pack. They collected all the phone from our securities.” the source said.

Gossip Mill shared the video with the caption: “Wahala be like Bicycle!!! EFCC allegedly bursted K Farm estate on the Mainland and carted away with over 5 exotic vehicles and a Bus filled with boys!!! ��‍♀️”

Nigerians have reacted with anger after an alleged photo of the mother and father of one of the boys who attacked Sylvester popped up.

A photo alleged to be of a couple who are the parents of Andel Temile, one of the boys alleged to be involved in the attack which killed Sylvester Oromoni, has popped up.

The photos were shared by the blogger Cutie Juls on Instagram.

The photos showed a man and a woman alleged to be the parents of a Dowen college student involved in Sylvester’s attack.

News has been trending the past couple of days about one Sylvester Oromoni, a deceased young boy.

Sylvester was attacked by colleagues at Dowen college, allegedly for refusing to agree to join them in a cult.

Videos of him struggling to live after his attack surfaced and drew huge sympathy.

He unfortunately later died and sparked a huge outrage.

Following immense pressure from Nigerians, Dowen College has been temporarily shut down by the Lagos state government.

One Andel Temile has been identified as one of those involved in the attack on the young Sylvester.

The internet has been thrown into a frenzy mood after the face behind Big Brother’s voice is uncovered!

Apparently, the face is not what everyone was expecting to see as the darling Biggie.

In an interview on Vanguard News, a man, name withheld disclosed that he’s the voice of the Big Brother show.

According to him, he does voiceover for the show and his voice represents the soothing Big Brother’s voice we’ve all fallen in love with.

It’s rather disappointing that people are displeased with his looks – it seems fans had already visualized a created in mind their own which is different from what has been unveiled.

But mind you, this guy is just the voice of Big Brother, not Big Brother himself!

Nigerian reality star turned blogger, Ike Onyema, has fired his ex-girlfriend Mercy Eke for lying about her age.

Mercy Eke celebrated her birthday yesterday, September 29th 2021.

Mercy took to social media to announce that she’s 28 years of age.

The 2019 BB Naija winner celebrated her big 28 by buying a house and hosting a birthday party.

However, her ex-boyfriend Ike, who she dated whilst in the house, says she’s lying about her age.

Not long after Mercy posted her birthday photos talking about turning 28, Ike took to Instagram to share a post shading her.

He wrote: “Fake your age and let someone correct it by looking at your profile picture,”

It’s not hard to see it’s a direct shade at Mercy.

Nigerians generally agree that Mercy is far older than 28 but she uses that as her industry age.
