[s]I would think Peter obi is a smart man but him publicly selecting a candidate for PDP to field in the coming elections in Anambra will mark the end of the political career of Peter obi, this is because peter obi has been selling himself as the godfather of Anambra politics having helped in installing the incumbent but now with PDP expected to come a distant third in the election, it will mark the end of Peter obi's political career.
I'm happy Peter obi is joining the race because this will be an avenue of Anambra people to get back some of the monies he stole from the state through campaigns but at the end of the day, Anambra will remain an APGA state.
Make no mistake about it, this election will be a hot race between APC and APGA but at the end APGA will carry the day.
Expect Anambra south to vote massively for obiano since he will be handing over to Anambra south after his tenure. Besides, Willie Obiano is the best governor Anambra has ever seen since the creation of the state so there is no reason why he shouldnt win this election easily. I think peter obi has scored another own goal by joining this race.

I knew PDP will present Oseloka Obaze.

Obaze was an integral member of Peter Obi's Administration.

An excellent diplomat and expert on policy formulations.

He was largely tipped to fly the APGA flag in the last election. But he gave way for Obiano to immerge the candidate.

Now, it's obvious that PDP will win this Election.

With all the flag bearers of APC, APGA and PDP coming from Anambra North, the votes there is divided. But expect Obiano to win with a slight margin.

Anambra Central is the most influential and most populous part of Anambra. The men that matters are from this part of Anambra. Expect PDP to win this area on the strength of Peter Obi's clout and influence.

Anambra South looks to be tilting towards PDP. No thanks to the APC's "betrayal" of Andy Uba. The full machinery of the Uba family, The Offors are now squarely at PDP's disposal. PDP will win this area comfortably.

Overall, PDP will win the Anambra seat. Provided the election holds
