Dude, what are you talking about? This is one of the most promising things to have come out of this administration.
Obviously, you are not well versed on the economics of the oil and gas industry but if this becomes law it would be one of the most consequential thing the Nigerian govt has done in decades.
Govt should have no business running an oil company, it is one of the major drivers of corruption in this country.
