How is justice here a joke? Nabee has a clear conscience and has been consistent with his arguments. You can see these from his appearance and words. He may have not said the truth but he has not changed from his earlier testimony; that's what one needs to survive litigation. Why was Sodienye's girlfriend exonerated? Nabee said the girlfriend was not there and Police could not link her to any incriminating evidence. Sodienye should bear his ant-infested firewood which he gathered alone. Watch:

I watched the video of this case recently. I recall the second man crying that he knew nothing about it, and he only came visiting because he wanted to remove a tattoo he did for the first person. He said he graduated and since no job, was drawing tattoos for people to support his mother and younger ones..glad to know he was discharged and acquitted. Four years wasted, just for being at the wrong place. Sad. But where is the lady arrested along side the duo?

So she had an alibi. He said that when he came for the tattoo drawing, he first saw Sodienye by the soakaway after entering through the gate. He later went in, to keep his bag of tools and went to the bathroom where he saw blood. At that point, Sodienye came him with a gun, threatening to kill him, if he says whatever he saw to any one. HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR MONEY AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.

I am sharing a knowledge today on "Tips on how to retrieve your money after you have been scammed".

Please read carefully and learn.

20% of social media users and shoppers have been scammed at one point or the other, either large bucks or small money and It's quite painful.

Many people don't always know what to do, so today am sharing with you things you do, when you realize a page you paid for a service or goods is ghosting you:

1. Screenshot all previous chats across all messaging app (IG and WhatsApp or FB).

2. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.

3. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text) copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".

4. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank the scammer uses), ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.

5. If you can, print out all those chats with the scammer, and submit it.

While you are there, send an email to SCAMMER'S BANK and copy CBN FRAUD DESK (anticorruptionunit@cbn.gov.ng) this will ginger the bank to take it up fast.

What should you expect from this? The culprit/suspects account will be PLACED ON HOLD. His BVN will be blocked permanently. No account will ever be opened neither will he be able to transact banking business in that name until he clears himself with the bank.

Meaning he/she cannot transfer or withdraw until they visit the bank, and when they do, the bank will contact the police and the suspect when proven guilty will sign a waiver allowing the bank to refund your money.

That people in the past suffer to support themselves and education is not a yardstick to subject young ones to the same suffering. Most old people suffered the effects of coming from polygamous family where resources are meagre and all is left to struggle for survival. Children these days are basically from a monogamous family; its just the children and their parents. Seeing a child hawker these days tells more about the kind of parents he or she has. The parents are just lazy, irresponsible and wicked. Parents are to support the children up to a certain age before they are let go to fend for themselves. I for one, will not subject my offspring to this abuse.
