All these still boils down to the economy not sabotage. The HQRR is a loophole that those companies can use to save cost. All they need do is review more tutors...or load answers with low student ratings...most are likely to have issues thereby leading to low HQRR.
Hopefully after all this Covid-19 issue, they will ease off.

$10-$12 per hour then. Depends. But I think its better than LH. Don't know about now

Sites like Chegg and some others will not even pay without review sef. We've just been lucky so far with this Latinhire stuff.
