So to simply write what platform you intend to use and how much you want to charge is a problem...

Sometimes a member of the team will not report on site but on their own platform.

The reason for the instruction is that most of the moderators are volunteers and they do not want it to be common knowledge that people are paid to answer questions.
If its not contract/payment related...its no big deal.
But every individual has his/her own choice to make.
