Concerning your second question, NYSC service is not under the control of UNIUYO. It is under NYSC,which is an autonomous body, the NYSC set a LAW..that if a person is ABOVE 30 he/she cannot SERVE.

Admission is given either by HOOK or CROOK, irrespective of your age.
