I guess switching from esim to physical Sim was the start of my issue.Firstly my old subscription was active when I did the switch so when the sub end and I was trying to do another ,after loading airtime on the Sim card it took little less than 48hrs before they were able to activate it . I was spamming them with calls ,they first took the credit off the line without it browsing it took another 4 hrs before I got a msg the subscription its active . But the first 4 days was ,good speed blazing 50Mbps stable until few min before Arsenal vs Man u .

Switching to physical sim is not the issue,I got my ODU first of December last year, switched to physical sim a couple of days later and it’s been blazing ever since except for a glitch I experienced this month of which I was compensated with extra seven days, and I sub directly from myairtel app without issues, I remember someone here complained about an issue similar to yours and he was using an E-SIM , so you see,

If you have another airtel sim or you know someone that uses airtel, check to see if it’s a general issue in your area or it’s only peculiar to your ODU

This is the x17U, a downgrade of X17M , it has a lot of complaints from this thread, it's only selling point is the battery life which is way better than the X17M, if that's the only device available, he should get it , but if there's another model available, he shouldn't get this

At all, I thought it was that from someone's info before.

But my last plan expired on the 18 and I resubscribed. This is 24th I couldn't have used 1TB in a span of 6 days when the stuff barely even works

He messaged me on January 13th, as early as 6am, claiming he could help me change my Airtel alternative number. During my SIM registration, my MTN line was used as the alternative number because my younger brother helped me with the registration.
On this platform, some people have complained that Airtel stops subscriptions when MTN is used as an alternative number, so I made a post asking if anyone knew how to change it. That was when morikee messaged me, offering to help.
He initially asked for ₦7,000, but we later agreed on ₦5,000. I sent him ₦2,000 to start, with the agreement that I would complete the payment after the change was done.
Later that same morning, I checked Nairaland and discovered that this same person has the exact problem and had also posted asking how to change his own alternative number to Airtel
I then went to the Airtel office to confirm. The Airtel staff told me to leave it as it is, since my subscription is still working. Based on that advice, I messaged morikee and asked for a refund. I even told him to keep ₦1,000 and refund ₦1,000, but he refused to refund anything.
I’m sharing this so that he doesn’t message someone else here and collect money under false claims.
Please everyone, stay security-conscious and alert.

I have used it on Tv , PC , phone, it streams well on all devices , sometimes it buffers though but 7.5/10 streaming live matches on the website is stable

This issue is not new though. It has happened a couple of times last year. It will be sorted out, probably with compensation sef.

Leave dem make them dey think say because dem no swap to physical sim , dem dey untouchable, I remember when na e sim users complaint full this thread before it was resolved, e go touch everybody no be Nigerian networks again

Same here oooo, it stopped working this morning, I just thought it was a normal downtime which will be resolved in maybe an hour or two, I just said to myself let me come to this thread and see if I am the only one affected and I saw your post , I went straight to my airtel app only to see my unlimited balance has been wiped , when I click on buy bundles, the unlimited plan is no longer showing, it’s now showing normal phone data plans , no router plans anymore , called customer care , they requested for the IMEI of my ODU, and said it will be resolved in 24 hours, this is unacceptable

Haven't really done a speed test but it's fast enough for 7 devices to stream without buffering

I restarted the router and it didn't work still.
I will test it again tomorrow. I hope it works because the router has 3000mAh battery, uses nano SIM and charges with type C. Convenient and compatible with modern devices, unlike ZLT M30. M30 though, has LAN port.

Tested with Vida M4, e no work

Vida M4 is what I am using right now with the ODU plan and it’s still blazing since I tried it this afternoon, reboot and reset your mifi and see it it works

It's like this ODU plan is now working on any mifi without being tweaked cause I just tried it on my Vida mifi and it's blazing

What a relief cause this my tweaked ZLT mifi battery life is ass
With this my Vida , I can get at least two days now without charging

I have a cable I use to do it on airtel 5G router.
But the thing does not work on this ODU.

It you have any airtel number or you have a relative or a close friend that has an artel number, use it to login then , load it with the airtime subscription amount, click on buy bundles, input your ODU number, click on data packs, select your ODU plan 50MPS or 100MPS, click on the pay with airtime option and you are good to go

Login to my airtel app with your ODU number or alternate number, load airtime onto your ODU number through smartcash, you get your 10% cash back, then do your sub on my airtel app with airtime , that’s how I always renew my sub with 10% off the price
