Dia is probability that it won't reach that time and also it might pass that time...I ordered airpod free shipping...it took close to 3months due to some logistics delay Sha...but it will surely come.

Nooo,I was the only one at home..others have traveled for holiday..due to my course,dia is no holiday for us ..

I was posted somethings concerning me and my landlord some weeks ago but didn't get much advice or comment..now the matter is worst..
Will try to say it again today cause I really need help.
In 2018 I collected a house from a man who is the care taker of the ouse.
Am a medical student of Usmanu danfodiyo University sokoto.Then last year, my rent is supposed to due in March..paid 50k and then we went for Corona break.
When I came back this year...a man came that he is d landlord of the house.So they insist I must balance them.last year money.
In June I paid them 40k...wch he said 20k for the last year balance and 20k for part payment of this year and I paid it to d care taker since he was d one that gave me d ouse.
In Sept the man came and I told him to give me till October that I will pay since I still have half a year left in my rent.
Then middle of Sept he brought a quit notice..not from Court,it's written by him that I shld vacate d ouse within 7days...
And he's a HOD of geography department in the school..Where will I see anoda ouse...so I tot it's bcs of the money..then I borrowed around gave him 40k out of 50k...he said he doesn't want I shld jus leave his ouse...he did not collect it.
I lost my mum told him to give me time he said he doesn't care who I lost all he jus want is his ouse...He came after 6days that I shld write agreement that I will leave after 10days..house is not easy to go by... students (final year)have to move out of of ouse b4 we can see any vacancy..
I refused to write any agreement..he talked and talked said all sorts of tinx to me..Then yesterday him and the caretaker came.
That I shld write agreement that I will leave tnrw...I did not own them money cos i gave them money and he refused to collect it...
He brot 3 men probably thugs with him...when I told him I can't sign any agreemnt that I will pack out but I can't do any agreemnt...and I went in... packing but I could pack the load finish and I don't even know where to pack to.
Then I went out told him to give me till tnrw he jus stood up told his boys to enter my room and pack my things out.
I was then trying to go out of the gate...he stopped me...refused to let me go..strtd harrassing me,lock me on my shirt and even tear my shirt.. embarrassed me that d whole neighbor came out...as I was trying to go out..him and his 3 men were drawing me back , drawing my clothes handling me anyhow,my phone got damaged during d process and I had internal injury on my finger..and then dey locked d gate..as this was going on one of his boys was packing my loads outside...when they succeed ,they lock d gate with padlock..
And then went out and I was down on d floor trying to catch my breath...
When I regain conscience,they were gone...now my sch fees,house rent money and ATM is gone...and d civil defense man they brot made sure I packed d load out of dia compound...
Am seriously in pain ..my body aches ,bcs he is an HOD he jus cheated me...me,I don't want problem..all I just want bck from.him.is my money and d damages he caused me...the cloth he tore is still with me..
I recorded most of the things that happened b4 my phone spoilt..
Pls I need help,how can I get my money back and who can I report this case to.

Around June ,I gave the landlord 40k which he said after removing his last year balance,the remaining 20k is for part payment of my rent.
I promise to pay him d balance which is 50k b4 my rent runs out...but early this month,he brought a 7days quit notice in the aim of them wanting to repair the house.
I thought maybe it's bcs of money issues,i struggled to find 40k...and normally my rent is supposed to expire next year March...then,i went to his office to give him the money,but to my surprise he refused to collect it..
Even after telling him I just lost my mum,all he said is,he doesn't care who I lost all he just want is for me to leave the house.
The money with me can't even get me another apartment here in sokoto cause house for students is too cost here.
On the 7th day.. he came that I shld write and agreement that I will leave his ouse after 6days, that, that's the only help he can do for me..
I cant write any agreement cause I have to travel for my mum's burial and I would still be at home during those period and I explain to him why I can't write the agreement,he said that is my own problem and he will be very open to me,he's an HOD in geography department and he can take this case to any length and am a Christian,he's a Muslim and am a Yoruba ,he's an hausa.. so I don't have any advantage than just to leave...he left angrily that day cause I insisted I can't sign or write any agreement...
Now,I have resist exam next week in school,am so frustrated and fedup,I can't even open my book to read.
Then yesterday they brought another quit notice and gave me till month ending..
Now I don't know what to do.
I have even lost myself.
I have lost focus and everything just because of what is happening or going on around me.
The money with me is not even enough to get anoda apartment.
Pls ,what should I do??
I have exam coming my way
My future is at stake and this man doesn't care.

Am a medical student of Usmanu danfodiyo sokoto.
Been staying in a house since 2018.
The owner of the house is an HOD in geography Dept.
And he has a caretaker handling the house.
So fast forward to last year .
The house rent is 70k per year.
I do renew my rent in March every year.
So last year March I paid 50k out of 70k...then Corona came so I had to leave school to house.
When I came back around January,the man insisit I pay the remaining 20k...
So in July I gave the caretaker 40k wch means I have paid last year balance and also paid 20k from this year balance.
In August he came and I told him I would pay the rest by October.
So last week Sunday,he came with a letter and said I should sign on it...
I told him I have to look at the letter and read it B4 I sign on it.
Immediately he gave me and I read it ,I saw it was a 7 days quit notice.i told him sir I can't sign this paper where do u want me to get anoda house within 7 days...the man got angry ,talked and talked and left.
And on the letter,he said they want to repair the house and due to non payment of the house,so we should leave.
On Friday I thought maybe if I give him money he would jus frgt everything.
I then went to his office with 30k out of 50k that i owned.
The man refused to collect the money.
He said he will advice me to leave the house that if I come to beg him to extend the stay for a day or two he an agree...but he won't accept anything more than that..
Yesterday again,I called him that I will pay 40k..shld I send it to his acctn..he said no I shld hold it till he come.
So I taught maybe he has changed his mind.
On getting home I see one guy who is among the tenant writing something on a paper...then the landlord said the guy has begged him and agreed to leave the house after 10days so he would give Grace of 10days...so me too shld come and write agreement that I will leave after 10days...
I told him dia is no where I can get house in that 10days cause currently dia is no house available except final year student move out ...
He said that is my own probm...that am wasting his time...we dragged and dragged the issues of agreement...told him I can't write any agreement cause I would be the one to suffer it if that day comes and I did not see house.
This man jus vex strtd telling me all sort of things that me ,am a Christian,am a Yoruba ,I must leave his house..that infact he won't give me 10days again... Tomorrow he would come and break my door and pack my loads outside.

So pls what is the solution to this my issue.
And is 7days appropriate to give for quit notice despite I offered him.money but he refused.
And what can I do in case he come with people to throw me outside or break my door when am not around?
