Hello and well done with this thread, it's been a fantastic read to this point. I'm currently planning on entering the pool as soon as my ECA is ready and I will like to also apply for Manitoba pnp. But please I will like to know what exactly will be required of the friend or relative in Manitoba before informing them. I don't want a situation whereby they will not be comfortable with what IRCC will eventually request. Just to be on the safe side or to look out for other provinces.

I just wrote my IELTS exam with an overall 8.0band score. I want to apply for MPNP, please I need advice on work experience, so I don't make errors.

The major work experience I have is from my husband's company which we run together. I have worked else where as well, but not more than a year. Whereas, I have been working with my husband for at least 3-4 years. So should I go ahead with it, seeing that it will give me more points? And what documents will I need later on?

Secondly, I have been hearing of sponsors, please what does that mean? Is it the relative one has in Manitoba?

Hymen may be tough and elastic but not as tougher as one may assume. As a matter of fact it can get torn at any slight stress or exercise. So no trouble your head about that one. Hymen comes differently and it varies individually. Having an opening does not also mean a hymen has lost its intactness too,at least it serves in the running off of the menstrual fluid through the vagina.
So na normal thing.
