This has absolutely nothing to do with Obasanjo. There was power tussle between Kasamu and Adebutu, so there was no way PDP could have won (or be second or third). In fact, I wanted the party to loose for the those two guys to learn their lessons the hard way. I hope they would both decamp to APC now, cos that's the ideology of most of our politicians (Lol).
