Good, I also experienced this as soon as I switched, here is what I did to solve the problem;

1. Tweet @AirtelNigeria on X or whatever their handle is laying your complaint about the poor network connection.

2. They'll send a dm, make sure u're following their handle, in the dm describe the nature of ur problem, if they ask u to send ur number so they can look from their end, tell them it's a general issue with ur area that u would like to fill out the form with full details of ur area e.t.c

3. If they give u the list, it's usually like 10 things to fill out, just provide the details and in 2 days u should be blasting at full speed. I only had to do this once and for like 3 months now no issues at all.

Mind you I have recommended 3 people to try this out too and fortunately it worked for them. I hope it works for you.

I have been doing this for long those people are so clueless when it comes to fixing network issue they will ask you to switch off and on just imagine or ask you to send location blabla and still won't fix it jus go twitter and see people complaining about this recent network issue which is yet to be fix

You're wrong. As a previous Starlink owner on Airtel unlimited plan I can comfortably tell you that I don't miss Starlink. I do 700gb-1Tb monthly and there is no compromise on speed.

I stream football games, watch Netflix and Prime on 4k if available, and do very good download speeds, very similar to Starlink @30k. Was 20k previously.

Bottom line is Starlink is great, but considering cost of hardware, lack of battery back up, downtimes from damaged kits and having to get replacements e.t.c, the Airtel unlimited internet data is by far a better deal !

Plus Airtel's customer care is very active on twitter to resolve issues in case of downtimes.
